I wouldn't recommend Best Choice Delivery to my worst enemy. I requested an in-house estimate to assure an accurate price. David, who came to do the estimate saw every inch of our apartment including our garage, closets, kitchen cabinets - you name it, he saw it. After negotiating, I agreed upon $2,400 and David assured me, "The price will not change unless there was something you did not show me." This price included disassembly and reassembly upon delivery and wardrobe boxes, all of which were written in the contract. When the day of the move came the driver threatened me first with "If you tip us well, we will treat your stuff like that. But if you don't tip us, we will treat your stuff poorly." There were 4 guys, I tipped them $400. There were no wardrobe boxes, my wedding dress was stuffed into a box along with freshly dry cleaned dress shirts and expensive suits. He wanted to charge me 30-50% more because there were more items than what was quoted. Total bullshit since Dishonest Dave saw everything we planned to move. He complained about disassembling items, broke a framed picture of Paris, took my belongings out of drawers and threw them into boxes "because they could break." I was unaware that video games, movies, and books were breakables? This was just the beginning of what has become my worst nightmare. Upon delivery, they didn't reassemble anything, asked my husband to help them carry boxes and refused to put anything in its place. Our bed is missing. My brand new bike is missing. My WEDDING ALBUM is missing. The box they INSISTED on packing "because items could break" is MISSING. And to top it off a box of hundreds of irreplaceable and priceless baseball cards that have been in the family for decades is missing. They INSISTED on packing that box as well. Interesting, eh? They are thieves. They are liars. They are cowards. Deceptive David Goldstein and Felonious Gregory Acosta Karma Is A B***h.
