There went dumpster diving on my time, ...

I have a heavy wooden bed. The headboard, foot board and side rails. The gentleman that was disassembling it damaged it and he caused a fracture to the headboard. So at the end of the evening when I brought it to the attention of the woman who was supervising them, she tried to say that my property was damaged already. I said my side rail had damage already however, the gentleman that was disassembling it yanked it so hard with such a brute force that it fractured the headboard and I don't want you guys to assemble it. ... The damage that was on my side rail was before but my bed was functional. The man himself admitted that he probably did it when he was disassembling it. ... When we were leaving from my apartment to my house, they went dumpster diving and were taking items from the dumpster that people were disposing on my time.
