The Worst Experience I ever had with a ...

Don’t use this company!!! They literally steal from you! I used them to move a small 1 bedroom apartment a town home 15 min away. They quoted me 2 hours for the move, what I thought reasonable since I barely had furniture, (one dinning table, one bed, one chest, a TV and some boxes). It took them 2 hours to load the truck because they were very slow but then before unloading they asked me to pay for 6 hours. I argued that it wouldn’t take them that long but they said that they wouldn’t unload the truck if I didn’t make the payment and that I could trust that they would refund me if end up been less hours. They took their time to unload the truck even taking smoking breaks and having all the 3 guys to put my bed together. Additionally, During unloading they bumped the chest into the wall of my newbuild house and made a hole on the wall. They called a coworker who came over to “fix” the hole but the damage was done and the wall still looking really badly damaged. On top of that they also scratched other walls as well. The entire situation including the “fixing” the wall that was not fixed, took them 5 hours so they would still need to refund me for the extra hour so I called multiple times and they said they were going to refund me but they never did! Horrible service, overcharges and ruin walls, don’t use this company for your own good! I wish I have read the reviews before using them! Better luck to all of you reading this! Read more

Horrible experience

Basically the main problem was that they vastly...so they charged by the hour. I had a small amount of items to move. We moved most ourselves. All they had to do was move furniture. It took 6 hours when it should have took 3-4. One of the movers had an issue with his leg and was limping and could barely walk. So it took him an extra amount of time to get the items out of the house. The other reason was there was someone who was inexperienced. Supposedly he was professional. It took him almost an hour to take my bed apart and another to put it back together. Read more

A big punch bowl fell and just broke ...

They did good until we got all the way to the storage and they let a box fall over on them--they stacked it in the truck, and a big punch bowl fell and just broke in a million pieces. They claimed it wasn't packed right, regardless if it's packed right or not, they shouldn't have staked it that high and they acted like they weren't gonna pay for it. Read more

They were good, it was a day delayed ...

They picked up boxes, they put them in a truck and they put them in my house. They were good. We ended up being a day delayed but it was fine. They were good. They did my move in three hours which was nice. Read more

I was very pleased with them.

They were quick, they did all the packing and stuff right. They were really awesome, we were really pleased. In fact my neighbor ... She wants to use them when she moves because they were really really good. They reassembled everything just right, they put everything in the right places. Read more

Fast and helpful

They did really good. they showed up early, they were like 10 minutes early. And they didn't damage any of my stuff. They moved everything on time within the 2 hour limit. Because I told them I can't afford more than 2 hours. I think they only took an hour and 45 minutes and used the last 15 minutes to help me arrange some of the things in my apartment. Read more

Very, very helpful

I had a unique situation that was not welcomed by some of the other people. The company I work for was going to reimburse me for my moving expenses, however I didn't have cash on hand, so an agreement was made between myself and the moving company to essentially move me on credit until I could be reimbursed by my company to pay them. The job was OK, but the price was ...

I guess the job they did was OK. They picked it up for me and took it to family members. It was much much - twice as expensive as I was quoted and I told them the exact items and the exact distance and of course, I know that's how it's normally handled with local movers. ... They did everything with a happy face!

They came on time. They did everything very right. The guys really handled my furniture absolutely the way a professional would do it. My brother who just recently moved, and said "Oh my god! These guys are doing a better job than my movers had done!" Another person used them after me and they said the same thing. I felt they were very good here, they took care of my furniture really well. I didn't have to tell them anything. All I had to tell them was the stuff the had to move! ...They did everything with a happy face, and that made my day! Read more

They showed up on time and they were pretty fast, pretty quick loading and unloading my stuff. But when they loaded up my pool table they tried to renegotiate the prices after they had all my stuff loaded on the truck and I was just like, "uhh, this was what we agreed to, I'm sorry if my pool table was heavier than what you expected, but I'm not agreeing to pay anything extra." So that was the only hiccup that I had with them, that I just didn't feel comfortable with. Read more

It went smoothly

It went smoothly. They wrapped certain things but I had almost everything else packed up. It was more protection for the furniture than for packing. I haven't found anything damaged. We worked out an hourly rate for the payment. Read more
