The Worst Move

Warning-your furniture will never be the same! We had a terrible experience from the start. We received our furniture 3 weeks after the expected date and no one would return our calls and let us know what was happening. Then the truck finally arrived at 7pm in the evening and finished unloading at 2am! Needless to say everything was unloaded in a rush. Wardrobes were left in my garage upside down, furniture legs were broken. Precious hand blown glass sculpture (they packed) broken! Plasma TV (they packed) delivered upside down!! The only thing they did carefully was count the cash. Do NOT use this company.

Overall it was pretty good!

Overall it was pretty good. There were some initial delays, but after that everything was as expected and comfortable. The packaging was pretty good.
