We had a great experience with Black Diamond in moving our corporate location.

These guys are incredible!

When Roger first came to give me an estimate, I felt a high level of confidence in this company. He connected effectively, assessed the situation very clearly and made a very reasonable commitment. And then came the best part: the team that took control of my move! These three guys were unreal in their energy, focus on safety and preserving the quality of my furniture. And they were incredibly fast. I was living in a 2200 sq. ft. home and was moving to a 900 sq. ft. apartment. Incredibly, they had loaded my entire household in 2.5 hours. Then, they had to navigate moving some very large items through a non-hospitable space. I was thinking I would have to give up my couch and several other very large, hard-to-maneuver pieces of furniture. They got it all in to my apartment! They took only 6 hours to pack the truck and unload the truck . Unreal! Hire these guys, with no doubt! Justin, Jeremy and sorry I don't remember the 3rd gentleman's (and they were incredible gentlemen and professionals ) name are as good as customer service ever gets. When I move from here, in about a year, I'll base my move on their schedule!

Roger, the owner, was very warm and friendly from the first time we met him. He was also very punctual. He was on time for the estimate and the day of the move he showed up with his crew on time and he actually helped move as well! The entire crew was professional, friendly, and extremely careful with everything. They worked hard and fast, to get the job done. Nothing was broken or damaged. The price was to the penny what I was told it would be and very fair. I would use them again in a minute! I recommend them VERY HIGHLY! They made the move stress free. They were EXCELLENT!

Great Service, Hard Workers!

It was a great experience right from the start. Owner of the company arrived a few days before the move to provide an estimate. On the day of the move, the guys showed up on time, were professional, and worked hard all day! I would not hesitate to use these guys again! Couldn't be happier!

Very Pleased!

Very pleased with Black Diamond Relocation services from estimate through final delivery. The estimate was the actual binding price. The owner met with us in advance of the move to provide an estimate as well as the day of the move for an out of state relocation. They were also able to accomodate a firm January move date within a week of the actual move due to a last minute closing date. The entire team was professional, prompt, friendly, courteous, helpful, flexible and careful with our belongings and home. Again we were very pleased and would definitely use them again.

Office and Home moves

Black Diamond Relocation has moved both my office and my home. I would not use another moving company. The movers were reliable and professional. They arrived when they said they would, worked quickly and efficiently and everything was handled smoothly. The owner was totally professional. He answered all my questions and got back to me quickly. Definitely a five star company!

Moved on a freezing rainy day in New ...

Roger and two young movers Drew and Josh treated us as family and our furniture with the upmost respect.Coming promptly at 8:30am they were fast and careful moving my apartment out in about an hour. We drove to the storage unit about 5 miles away and the same speed and proffesionalism got our unit packed up and organized in under 3 hours with a ton of furniture. Everything was in perfect condition and I am truly pleased with this amazing company would recommend this to anyone looking to move. Will defiantly use this service in the future.

Successful Move!

Thanks to Black Diamond Relocation, our move from NY to PA went very smoothly. The crew, which included Roger the owner, was friendly, prompt, and professional. They packed what we had asked them to pack and disassembled and reassembled furniture, and we have not discovered any missing items. I highly recommend them!

Best move ever

Highly recommend Black Diamond movers! Roger was extremely professional and thorough in his estimate - so much so that it was an easy decision when comparing the estimates we received. His crew was amazing and worked just as hard at the end of a very long day as they did at the beginning of our 4-bedroom house move. As they drove away in the empty truck, our son asked when he would get to see them again!

They did exactly what I told them to do. They did it very professionally. They covered all my furniture. They made sure they didn't destroy anything. ...It was raining that day, nothing got wet.
