Responsive and Respectful

First, I was impressed and appreciative to get a return call the same day and was able to schedule moving my leather couch from one room to the other the very next day! Two nice gentlemen came to the house, introduced themselves, reviewed the paperwork and got to work. They diligently worked together, taking the couch apart and then carefully moved my furniture. They were careful with the doorways, wood flooring and reassembled the couch well. Not a scratch and furniture perfectly in place. I would highly recommend Blue Men Moving!!! Close to Medina too!

I have no complaints

They were excellent, I have no complaints. They did a good job. I had no issues at all with the crew members or customer service. The pricing was very good, they were below other companies. They're a young company I think they've been only in business for about 3 years, I was apprehensive but id figure id try them, and they turned out to be really good. I would recommend them

Awesome guys + great value

We had two moves in one day.. One house moved into another and then moving that one back. Seth figured a whole day and he was right on. The two of them worked together NONSTOP and I could tell after moving 2 homes they had to be exhausted not to mention it was raining almost all day! My only minor complaint would have been I wished they would have protected our hardwood floors from the mess better... Other than than it was a great value for them to handle everything we had

Swift and efficient move

The move was good, they had everything done within two hours. They were on-time, they were professional, nothing was broke and they did everything they had to do to get the job done. The price was better than I expected and I was very satisfied with the move. I would recommend them to my friends if they need to move. My advice to the moving company would be to just keep doing what they're doing.

Great work ethic

I liked their personalities and their work ethic. They came in and they were friendly and they got the job done - I couldn't have asked for better guys. It was money well spent. They were very nice and personable and they were very professional. The customer service was great as well and their pricing was fair compared to other companies. I would recommend them to friends and family.

Excellent at what they did

The quality was excellent and the price was reasonable. They were great guys. They worked really hard. They were careful of everything but they did it in a timely fashion and they did not mess around. I really appreciated them and I would recommend them if I know somebody that is moving. I did receive all the services that I requested. They only had to move from a warehouse to my home but they were excellent at what they did.

Prompt service

I can say they are hardworking. They were on-time. They are prompt. I thought the price was fair. I would recommend them. For the company, I can say to make sure to have extra moving items, for example I was out of tape and they didn't have anything on them extra. It would be nice if they can have some of the supplies on them. That would be helpful. They delivered on-time. I didn't have them do any packing.

Perfect move

The move was very good. It was on time. They handled everything, did everything I wanted. Just a perfect move. Price was very good. I received all the services that I requested. Packing was good. I would recommend them. I don't know anybody who is moving for a long time though. This is my last time moving.

Excellent service

They gave me excellent service. They were very professional. They came in, loaded our stuff and unloaded it in a timely fashion. They didn't take any breaks or anything. They just gave me excellent service. They had me moved within three hours. The price was very reasonable. I would have even paid more... what they charged was very reasonable. I did receive all the services that I requested. We did all of our packing and unpacking ourselves. With the furniture they were very good - it was very excellent. They did everything. I would recommend them.

Nicely done

It was great. Actually they came here with their stuff. They were here on-time. Pricing was reasonable. I did receive all the services that I requested. Actually, I was already packed but they really helped me to put stuff wherever I needed them to be put. The crew was very professional. If I am moving I would use them again.

Highly Recommend!

I chose Blue Men Moving because they had the most competitive price and I was not disappointed. They called ahead as I requested before they came and arrived promptly. They were very professional the entire time and extremely efficient. The estimated price was lower because I underestimated the amount of stuff that we had to move. We moved from a 3 bedroom house and have 3 children and they moved everything including a refrigerator, stove, washer and dryer and king size bed as well as a 60 inch TV. They were very careful with everything and placed everything where we wanted it. It ended up taking them 8 hours to complete the move and they worked the entire time and maintained a positive attitude the whole time. I would definitely recommend Blue Men Moving for their efficiency, professionalism and great price!

Disappointed

Nobody did a survey beforehand, thus the move took much longer than expected and they also ran out of boxes half-way through. They had the nerve to ask me if they could finish up another day. NO! I was promised a move in one day and this was getting done that day. They had to send one guy back to HQ to get more boxes. I ended up packing up both bathrooms and several closets and moving them with my own car just to try to keep things on somewhat of a schedule. Packing was very poor. They were told what items were fragile and they still ended up at the bottoms of boxes (That's plural, it happened over and over). The cherry on top of this crap-sundae was when they were trying to move a Queen size box-spring up the stairs in my new house. They tried a few times and failed and they told my wife "It's impossible to get up there" and they just left it in the living room downstairs. Now think a minute: There are bedrooms upstairs, people sleep upstairs, that means beds, that means box springs. Married people don't sleep on full size beds. That means a Queen size box spring (or larger) had to have gotten up there before somehow. But these guys just gave up. A week later my wife and I took a trip to Michigan to bring back some throw away sofas and about 10 other large items that our friends donated to us. We had ANOTHER MOVER move all those heavy things in and he only charged us $85. He also moved the box spring up into the upstairs where these guys failed. He did all that in less than an hour. We ended up paying him $150 because we were very happy. Overall I'm glad that they packed and moved for us, but this ended up being a cluster where some simple planning and maybe a little diligence could've improved things.

Prompt and careful service

They were there when they were supposed to be there. It did end up costing a little bit more than what she was quoted. I think it was because they charge from the time they leave the warehouse until they get to the job. She didn't realise that. It only cost like $50 more, so it wasn't a real big deal. They were careful with everything and did a good job. As I said before they were there when they were supposed to be there. They were careful with everything. Yes, she would recommend them. My daughter only used them to move furniture. She carried her own boxes. They did fine on the furniture, careful with everything. The crew were fine and handled carefully everything. She didn't have any problems with the customer service.

Hardworking and dependable movers

The highlight of their service was that they worked hard, they were dependable and they are reasonably priced. They were very cautious and they were prompt and addressed my every concern without showing any attitude. Overall, it was a proficient service done by them which I liked.

Wonderful movers to the rescue

Blue Men Moving LLC gave us a sight unseen estimate at my request, consequently, the low first quote; had they seen our home, I'm sure they would have come in with an estimate right on target. I had grossly underestimated how much we had to move and was in a panic by the time they arrived. They were wonderful; they immediately saw that we needed two trucks and extra men. What I naively thought would take 4-5 hours turned into a very long day with all of them working steadily. We found them to be very professional and considering how ill prepared we were, the final cost was more than fair and well worth it. We appreciated the care they took making sure our things were placed in the correct rooms and area as well as how carefully our things were handled. We are pleased to have found Blue Men Moving on your site and highly recommend them!

Tv power cord

Both men were very nice and professional. They asked were I wanted things and went out of there way to accomdate me. My only problem was ,my tv power cord was lost. I called and Seth looked thur the truck and couldn't find it. He was going to ask the other man that helped him, but as of yet I haven't heard back and that was 5 days ago. This isn't a big thing, but I would have liked a follow up on this matter.

Great Movers

The guys showed up early and never stopped working the whole time. I was quoted for 6 hours and they finished in 5. I would tell anyone who needs a moving compony, this is the one to hire. Great Job Seth!!!! Cant tell you how impressed I was.
