They did a great job

After a lot of research, I chose this company, and I am extremely pleased with the excellent services provided by this company. They were on time and worked for 16 hours on the moving day, which was fantastic. They were absolutely outstanding

I am more than just happy. I can’t express my happiness after having such a wonderful move. But it would have been not possible without my friend’s suggestion. He actually recommended their name to me and gave me their number. I called them and after talking with their sales team I was quite convinced that they would be able to deliver me a great move. I was absolutely right about BMA movers. Their movers seemed to be very professional and committed. It was clear that they were in a mission and they never relaxed or seemed to be confused till the end of the move. I never ever thought that I would be getting such a great move within my tight budget. I am grateful to BMA movers for a great move and for an outstanding deal. They did great

Yesterday I moved to new house with my family. It was a big move and a tricky one but I did not feel the heat of the event and that was only because of the movers. They were so efficient that I did not even bother to poke my nose into their matters. They came on time, wrapped, boxed, loaded everything in the truck and moved without any hiccups. They reached the designated place timely and stored everything according the instructions. It was a spotless performance. I thank these movers for their excellent customer service. Read more

Thanks for being flawless

I had to tip their movers because of their excellent service. Though they were not the cheapest but they charged a reasonable amount. I was happy like anything to see all my belongings at the right place in perfect condition and within the allotted time. I thank bma movers. Read more

Overall, I did not like this moving ...

They were very irresponsible. They were 2 to 3 hours late for the pickup. I called them several times, but no one picked up my call or updated me on when they would come. The pickup time was supposed to be around 12, but they showed up at around 4 PM. Again, they missed the delivery time by more than two and half hours. The actual loading of my stuff began even an hour late after that! I had to bear the cost of this delay as I was paying by the hour. It was not as if I was moving a big house, just moving from a studio. The only big items that I had were a bed and a sofa. The rest were suitcases and boxes. So, even though the quote was reasonable, I ended up paying more for the deliberate delay. The people who came for the move were good, but the back-end staff didn’t keep me informed about the delay. I am not satisfied with their service

To start with, they were trying to make the move slow because they were charging by the hour. Then, they broke a lot of my stuff. When questioned, they said they were not responsible for those things because they didn't pack them. Even though we labeled the boxes containing fragile items, they put heavy stuff on top of those boxes. It didn't make any sense to me. On top of it, they charged me higher. Nightmare moving experience

Before I go into the details of the move itself, I will say that the movers were nice guys and they were all very polite. However, I ended up having to get rid of two pieces of furniture because they could not get them into my new house. I had to leave them outside and then they were ruined in the rain. Also, they arrived over two hours late at the beginning of the move and they also ended up charging me more than I expected to pay. Read more

Pricing could have been better, but ...

Aside from the pricing, there wasn't much to complain about during my recent move. The company we used was very professional and got the job done the way it was supposed to be done. However, as I mentioned, the pricing was a problem. They charged almost triple what they guaranteed us before the move and we didn't change the size of our move or add anything at all. Also, they charged us extra for packing materials even though they were packing things that we didn't ask them to pack. Aside from those things, the move was fine though. Read more

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!
