Flawless Move

My parents built a home in KY and like most new construction the complete date kept getting pushed back, so I couldn't provide Boerman with a firm move date. Mike Boerman continued to check in with me periodically for about 6 months. Once we had a firm move date the excellent service continued. Our move coordinator Mandy was great. She kept in touch with me and I felt that she had the entire process under control - and she did. Our driver, Justin and his crew were fantastic. When I met them at the storage facility where my parents' belongings were, I expected to have to be available to them to answer questions etc. Nope - they got right to work loading the truck and at times I even felt a little in the way. The unload was just as seamless. Justin arrived early - before we even got there and his crew was exceptionally efficient and polite. Yes ma'am, no ma'am, thank you ma'am. They unloaded and set up the furniture hours before we expected. It really was a flawless move from start to finish and I'd recommend Boerman to anyone.

We used Boerman Moving and Storage for our local move. We couldn't have been more pleased with the experience. From the timely, thorough and accurate quote until moving day when a crew of 5 men showed up to move us. They were totally professional, polite, and very respectful of our furniture. They covered our floor and furniture as promised and took great care when settling everything into the new place. Sounds too good to be true but it is. Highly recommend them.

Mike Boerman arrived on time, well dressed and fully prepared to provide me with a professional estimate as well as presenting me with a pamphlet with helpful moving tips. Just by looking at the contents of my home, he was able to estimate exactly how many boxes I needed. He quite accurately estimated the amount of time and man power the move required. Mike went out of his way to ensure a smooth move for me. The movers were properly dressed, extremely professional, and more capable of this job than I have ever seen. I've had horrible experiences in the past and I'm not exaggerating when I say Boerman Moving & Storage are the best movers I've ever used. This was move number 16 for me, so I've had more than my share of experience with movers. Everything that needed to be protected was properly wrapped and the movers carried huge heavy boxes without one complaint. I am so relieved to have found them, I only wish I had found them a long long time ago! Their prices are extremely fair and reasonable. I found the entire team to be very trustworthy, with a very strong work ethic, reliable and very professional. I have a back injury and Mike even offered to come by my new home himself to help haul away the empty boxes, after I was all moved in! He went way above and beyond to make sure I was completely satisfied with their services. I cannot recommend them strongly enough!
