It was a little pricey but they did a good job. They were on time ... Everything was fine. They moved everything perfectly, wrapped everything. No problems with anything getting broken.

It was pretty good although we did ...

It was pretty good although we did have one issue - actually there was a couple things. We couldn't find the bolt for our bed, so we had to buy a new one. We have an elliptical trainer, they didn't put it back together. It's pretty hard to put back together but they didn't say anything they just left it there. One bolt was missing and the other one was stripped. We did have to have them replace the bolts, so they came and fixed it for us. Other than that, they were on time and did a good job.

Worst movers ever

Mark the owner came out to our house for estimate and told us they would be using a regular size moving truck like those used for cross country. All furniture would be shrink wrapped and blanket wrapped. When the movers showed up they had two small trucks. One rented. Not one piece of furniture was shrink wrapped nor blanket wrapped. They crammed everything they could into the trucks breaking pieces of furniture, even a TV set, Boxes marked glass fragile do not put anything on top was demolished. Accessories broken into pieces. One of the trucks had furniture on it the truck driver was moving to his home. We did not know that until all of our furniture was off the truck. We are still waiting for the insurance company from Bos Moving. We stopped the check but we have still not seen nor heard from Mark's insurance company. He is taking us to small claims court and we welcome the chance to show a judge exactly what this company is about. Do not use them if you have valuable furniture. Why should you have to have furniture which was in excellent condition before the move repaired? Antique pieces become worthless. Mark's attitude and I quote "it's just furniture, I replace mine every 10 years and I have some old televisions sitting around at home I can give you". Run - do not walk - away from this company!

It was wonderful. They were very professional, My furniture wasn't damaged. They were on time and they did everything in a timely manner. If you want your furniture moved safely without a scratch I think they would be the company.

They were fast, they were careful and extremely friendly. There was no damage and they were extremely efficient.

Absolutely terrible

Terrible, absolutely terrible. They were 35-40% higher than their quote. They damaged several items during the move, and the company is dragging their feet on compensation for such. Its just bad. Another thing too, it takes about 45 minutes from one location the next, and they took like 2 and half hours. The movers also damaged my old house and damaged the new house, I repaired those myself because I didn't ask them for compensation, but the owner has yet to step up to the plate and repair what was damaged.

These movers went above and beyond

They came pretty much on-time, it was probably one of the worst days to move, the weather was terrible. But they came on-time, both gentlemen in the truck were extremely polite and courteous and very helpful and I have no complaints at all. They took good care of the furniture and went above and beyond. I received all the services I requested, it was basically just picking up furniture in one town and moving it to another and putting it in the apartment in place, and that's basically what they did. We already had things prepacked in bins, containers and boxes and they took whatever we told them to take. The price was very fair. I would definitely recommend them.

Affordable rates and good service

They were on-time, they were fast and they didn't break or lose anything. The crew was very professional and they were all nice guys. Packing and wrapping was good, I already had everything packed because I moved before, but the dressers, they tied them up and wrapped the drawers, so they were prepared and they knew what they were doing. It was a full-service move and I received everything I needed. The price was good as well, it was reasonable and affordable. I would tell future customers that they are dependable and they are good movers who will take care of your belongings and it won't take them all day.

They were not on-time but they had a mechanical issue and they did notify me. I knew that they weren't going to be on time. I was okay with that. I'm very happy... They were very friendly and easy to work with. Very happy with all the experience. I would definitely refer them to other people. I don't have any family close enough in the area that would use them. My brother talked about using a moving service and I did recommend them.

They are the Best

They were great bunch of guys. They were three of them and they moved me out of my house in two-and-half hours and moved me into my new place in less than that. They gave me a pretty good price and I don't have any complaints about them. The guys - they had a good attitude and they were hard workers. They worked fast. Besides that I don't have one bad word about them. If I had to suggest a good moving company to anybody else that I know that is moving and I would say Bos did a real good job. If I had to move again in the future, I will go back to them again. I have done most of the packing but they recognized things that I didn't quite do right and they told it about it and they did it. I am grateful about it because if they didn't do it, it would have broken on the move. They knew what they were doing in other words. I am really satisfied with them. That is all I can say.

Professional moving providers

My moving experience was very good. They were prepared, had the equipment they needed the help to move the stuff and very professional. The pricing was reasonable. The staff members were professional. The packing was done up to my satisfaction. I don't have any advice to them as they did an excellent job. They did overall really good job, they make sure that everything is packaged rightly and gave recommendations on few items, it was really good.

The movers were very hardworking, and they were professional. We are planning to move again as our stuff is in their storage unit. So I would chose this company again.

Not a positive experience

It was not a positive moving experience. We lost a couple of our items and they charged me extra on the top of the quoted price. They left our apartment without completing the job. I am not at all satisfied with the move.

Great Move!

Bos Moving & Services, Inc. was great! They came on time and finished sooner than we thought. My friend recommended them and we were very happy with them. We also recommended them to the people who bought our house and they were pleased too. We would use them again. The three men were very hard workers!

An all-around solid moving experience

Although there were a few minor problems with this moving company, the overall moving experience was a good one. They did not arrive on time on the moving date and were about an hour late, and they did damage a few pieces of furniture, but they got the job done and everything went well for the most part. I also liked that the owner came out to my house to give an in-person estimate that was very accurate.

The movers didn't show up for seven hours and then their boss came to help us out. I had to meet a deadline and I had the worst moving experience ever.
