Worst Movers Ever Encountered Plus ...
Cross country move, full 3BR house. If I could give a negative 5 on a 5 star scale, they sure earned it. From the very start, every single thing dear Tony said was a complete lie. Period. They have no employees as stated they do, have no actual trucks (semi's) to do any long distance moves, and are NOT a carrier as stated in the site. They are only brokers using local hired help (massively unqualified as movers) and broke every single promised deadline for us. Then gouged us for double what any move should cost, tried to steal $10,000 extra using a shell game of multiple companies taking money from our card. So totally crooked that we ended up having to cancel the card so he didn't steal any more after being totally paid off via postal money orders while they held our stuff hostage. Even after being paid in full for this total screw job, then he adds on another big charge and threatens to turn us into collections if we don't pay him this last sad attempt to steal yet more from us. They also wrecked just about everything they touched. Almost every lid on all liquid containers were deliberately loosened, then packed upside down. Yes, upside down - no passive error here, just malicious behavior. When I tried to file the claims, he says we can't because we owe him money. Money he just made up AFTER he was fully paid. I saw other reviews about not paying claims, but didn't believe them. Now I do. They totally ignored my schedule for flights out, and used a little 26' truck and stored each load in some out of state warehouse where items were clearly smashed together by a forklift and ruined beyond repair. But of course, I can't file a claim on this stuff. We had to throw away probably 10 medium boxes of the liquid disasters along with having to clean up their messes, and all their idiotic delays cost me another $900 in rent. Deliberately dropped all 4 computer monitors on the corners before putting in boxes. Already had to eat that $1,700. Destroyed a custom built desk I made that's valued at $3,000. Multiple boxes missing still. I believe they didn't even pack this missing stuff, just stole it outright. No recourse so far but I'll try the DOT or the Attorney General in New Jersey where they actually are (not Austin TX like they claim). Every single verbal or written piece of info was a flat lie. They are the worst A-holes I've ever run into. Unless you like torture and destruction on a grand scale and being charged over $50,000 for this fun, you better look elsewhere. I'll run down their other two phony shell companies and post this review on all so they can't play bait and switch like they did to me. If I'd seen info like this I wouldn't have ever booked these crooks. There are far more detailed examples of their laziness, lack of integrity and inability to even speak our language than you'd want to know so I won't bore you with those here, but there are plenty. This foreign crew was so lazy that literally every day they were confirme
