We're pretty satisfied

We had some broken things we've been trying to get a claim for but other than that, it was a good experience. It was good overall, they were prompt, on time. [The pricing] was pretty comparable to other companies, but they had pretty good customer service compared to some of the others so we went with them.

Moved everything without any damages

It was good. They moved everything without any damage. The pricing - that is what I am not satisfied with. Initially they told me one amount and later on they charged me a different amount. So I was a little unhappy about that part. Apart from that, they moved everything without any damage. I would recommend them. Packing and unpacking - I did, they just moved it. The crew was good. They were on-time.

Professional and prompt service

The quality of this moving company that I liked the most was their efficiency - they are really good. They were in and out in... good guys. Pricing was reasonable, that is why I chose them. Packing was done by me. My advice to future customers is they are definitely worth it. They make the move a lot easier. I would recommend them to my friends and family. The estimate was right on point.

Worst Experience Ever

This is not the first time I have used BR Movers, but it is my last, and everyone I have referred that was moving recently I have contacted and informed them not to use them. First of all, I paid for 3 movers, but, only 2 were working while the other (foreman) sat on the telephone and in the truck while the other two worked. The foreman just made it a hostile environment to be in while my daughter and granddaughter were there. He only got involved and helped with the move when they needed to take apart my headboard. In addition, they lost 4 of the screws to the headboard of my bed. They over charged me for the job. I have yet to hear back from the company with any explanation as to why this happened. They were an hour and 45 minutes late getting to me to start the job. Just completely bad.

Terrible time but effective movers

I was under the impression that my move would cost a particular amount. Upon the movers arrival charges were discussed that weren't initially told to me. I ended up paying almost 300 dollars more then I expect to pay because they had to shrink wrap things and charges that aren't factored into the original quote. I would not use this company again. Then there were things they couldn't take. The gentleman were great but the companies policies are questionable. I could tell from the gentleman over the who dealt with the paper work, that this happens often. Also my moving window was quoted to start between 2 to 4 pm. The movers did not arrive to my home until 6pm. I didn't get a call from the movers stating they were still coming until after 5pm. I could not reach anyone in the main office during this time because it was closed at 4 and when I tried to call during business hours, no one answers.

Lot of hidden charges - not good

They completed my move but there were a lot of hidden charges that were not told to me at the onset of the move. They charged me for extra working hours, even though it was not so.

Worst Move Ever

The entire move was a disaster. I have moved several times to date and have never experienced such unprofessionalism. I am considering filling a complaint with the better business bureau. This company should not be in business, they are crooks and treat their customers horribly once they have the contract signed for the moved. Quote low, charge ridiculously high and provide no customer service at all.

Slow delivery and extra charges

I was not satisfied at all with my recent move and it was mostly due to the pricing I received from the moving company I hired. When they initially gave me the estimate, the pricing was fine, however after the move was however they charged me several hundred dollars more than I expected. Also, the delivery time was very slow in getting my belongings to their destination and they were very late in delivering my things.

Awful experience

I had used BR Movers for my recent move and was thoroughly disappointed with their service. They didn't come on time and I had to call numerous times before receiving a number of excuses. They also quoted one price and I ended up paying five times more than that price.
