Unprofessional Moving Experience

My complaint is this is the most unprofessional, unacceptable, and horrible service I have received from a moving company. Buckhead Movers confirmed my moving date of Saturday (09/28/2019) which would start between 9 am - 10 am. I confirmed this with a representative via phone on Thursday (09/26/2019) and email on Friday (09/27/2019). Friday afternoon I received a call to change the moving time from 9 am - 10 am to 1 pm - 3 pm. I was fine with that. Saturday morning, I received a call from the mover to confirm he and the moving crew would arrive between 1 pm - 3 pm. The moving crew never arrived at the specified time. An hour and a half had passed from the confirmed arrival time with no contact from the mover. I called the representative from Buckhead movers to inquire why the crew had not arrived. He stated he would call the mover. The representative could not get into contact with the mover. I called the mover to inquire if they were still coming. This mover was rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional. He stated, "Buckhead Movers screwed up call them. Me and my crew are not coming today." I informed the representative of my conversation with the mover. The representative stated we cannot move you today. We can move you Sunday (09/29/2019) morning. This was a true inconvenience to me. I had already turned in my keys to the leasing office. My lease expired on Sat. 09/28/2019. I was left without movers and nowhere to go. If I had not called no one would have informed me of this cancellation. This was entirely unprofessional per Buckhead Movers. I will not be using this moving company in the future and I will not be recommending them to anyone. Read more

Good and thorough moving company

The thing that pleased me the most about this moving company was how thorough they were in each and every aspect of the move. They made sure to wrap all of my belongings to ensure that they arrived at the destination safely and unharmed and they delivered on their promise as not a single one of my items was damaged or broken.
