Worst experience ever

Our son had passed and we were swamped, called Carls and he assured us they would take good care. I should have checked reviews BEFORE hiring him. We agreed on a price $900 he asked for directions, and i asked where he was coming from, 1st red flag he avoided the question. They were supposed to arrive at 9am the following day, .around 10 a rented Budget truck pulled in. Out popped Carl he looked like an Elvis impersonator, and he wanted money in cash. He blamed this on "the home office" we agreed to 90 dollars an hour and i paid him half $450 I went to the doctor, and around 3:00pm my wife called me and said they were done. I rushed home to find the crew sitting in the driveway the fully loaded truck. Carl stepped and informed me they were done. The house was still full of stuff that needed moved and they had worked 5 hours , He insisted in the balance and started taliking about sending guy back tomorrow. It was clear the truck full of stuff hostage, he informed that working late " cut into his money. I handed over the rest of the money and unloaded the truck and left. The next day i rented a uhaul and paid friends to help me finish the work. There are numerous tools, statues, and im sure other things we havent discovered yet that have not been seen since. Including a 15 gallon air compressor and all the attachments. .. The business address is an empty house on a resudential street It was nightmare at a most difficult time and ive since found that all the reviews they have are similar tales. He claimed to be a member of the BBB, another lie, but they do have a file on him. Do not hire this outfit i wish i could take stars away, the estimate i paid for twice the time and they stole us blind, and broke things. A rented truck and a couple hired younsters who he bragged to me he paid peanuts

They are THIEVES

If I could give it zero stars,I would! This COMPANY IS A FRAUD and THEY ARE THIEVES. They will steal from you. They stole from my mom. They break things,put holes in wall,and then charge higher price than what was quoted after the work is completed. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! Look at BBB and other reviews. This has happened to multiple people and is very sad. They also will not return your calls,texts,and does not have insurance.

Terrible service

They broke a piece of our furniture so they were going to take it back and fix it and they never returned it now they won't answer our calls
