dishonest bunch of scammers

These people are full of crap, they do not know how to wrap , pack, or move furniture. They came late at 10 Am , instead of the 7am time slot, rolled up in a run down truck, acted like they had never moved before because all they could do was huff and puff and act like they never moved furniture before. Horrible !! My furniture ended up scratched, mattress was not wrapped and ended up with dirt on one side like they just dragged on the ground to the truck , knobs were broke off on the dressers. They just did not give a crap how they moved my belongings. Asked one of those guys if they had moved furniture before and he told me was from a temp agency hired for the job. Had no idea how to do the job. LOL never got a call back from the rep to see if we were happy. They tried to OVER CHARGE by thousands of dollars. was quoted $1200.00 , when it came time to pay, Don the indian did not know what he was doing and tried to say it was $5000. . .had to call the office and the lady there had to tell him the correct price. WOULD NOT RECCOMEND THESE PEOPLE TO NO ONE. NOT EVEN MY WORST ENEMY!! Read more

It was disgusting

It was the worst thing I ever had in my entire life. They stole all my ****, they broke all my ****, and would not do anything.....I will never use this company, and if I could advertise to everybody else not to use this company, I would gladly do it....it was pitiful. They stole my vacuum, they stole my granddaughter's--who is deceased--her little dolls. They broke my TV. They sent two boys out there with no tools so they were each carrying two boxes at a time. Fast and effecient service

They were prompt and quick. Yes, they had reasonable pricing. The crew was very well. Packing was fine, satisfactory. No advice for customer service team. They did a good job and the follow up was good too. I didn't require packing. It was just moving furniture within my house. Read more

Accomodative and efficient service

The service was very good and they kept their word. I had to cancel moving my housing equipment in at the last minute. They were very accomodating and moved my two cars. The drivers were polite and friendly but the agent had a bad attitude. Overall the service was good. I got my cars in good condition without any damage. Read more
