Avoid this company

Be very careful when using condor moving systems company. They trick you with an initial low price and then double or triple the final cost. For me they doubled the "binding" estimate! And added a $450 shuttle fee and violated the delivery range by more than 16 days and after total 33 days they delivered my stuff. So choose wisely and avoid this company if you can. The only thing they were not too bad at was securely wrapping my furniture, so at least after more than one month and paying a lot of money, my furniture is not broken!

Saved My Move

We hired a different company originally who decided not to show up on the moving day. I have come to realize it’s such a common occurrence especially if you hire low ended companies with little to no reputation to uphold. In a rush, I called Condor Moving Systems, which has a great reputation in the market. They quoted a very low price and I was wondering why I hadn’t hired them in the first place. Their performance was so professional. The movers were punctual, efficient and strong. They were so helpful and polite. In the end, the bill was exactly what they estimated earlier and all my valuables were timely delivered to my new house.

MY REVIEW OF CONDOR MOVING SYSTEMS

This was our second cross country move. The first move was NOT with Condor Moving Systems and it was a disaster with no contact with the movers until they arrived as well as many broken and damaged belongings. With lost hope in moving companies we were expecting a disaster again but CONDOR did a fantastic job!!! The crew that packed us and loaded onto the truck were very nice and respectful and worked very quickly. The same goes for the delivery crew. We appreciated that the foreman called in advance and gave us a window of when they would arrive. They were very careful unloading our belongings. Nothing was broken including very fragile and delicate wine glasses. Both crews worked extremely hard. The quote that Mario gave us prior to choosing Condor Moving Systems was what we were charged with everything said and done. Nothing shady/no hidden fees. Mario who was in charge of coordinating our move way always available to answer questions and returned emails quickly. Highly recommend and we will use again for sure!

HARD WORKERS!!!!

I was living in Panama City Beach, Florida and I was offered a position in Fort Lauderdale. I had to put my stuff in storage in Fort Lauderdale until I had a house, and then I had to find a moving company to get my stuff from the storage to my house. I did an internet search and finally decided to use the services provided by Condor Moving Systems. They absolutely did what I contracted them to do. They sent reminders in my email and they called to make sure that we were right on point. My schedule changed, so my moving date also changed and they didn't drop the ball. They worked with me when my schedule changed. I also had less than anticipated so I actually paid less than originally quoted. I was very pleased. It was an excellent crew. GREAT TEAM!!!

Used this awesome family owned company a few weeks ago after getting a couple other quotes from other local companies. Condor Moving Systems was the most responsive and thorough from the beginning, and the service they provided was too notch. They were decently cheaper than Mayflower , Allied , and I got a much better feel over the phone about the the way they conduct business. As far as the actual move, the young men showed up 30 mins early, and had my place cleaned out in under 2 hours im talking packed, wrapped and swept. They had no problems with the heavy stuff, and were really nice, approachable guys like myself. I ran into a problem with the leasing office at my new place, and they were more than accommodating. They did not milk the clock in any way, and all of my stuff was wrapped and protected during the moving process. Will definitely use these guys in the future. Thanks again to Condor Moving Systems and the whole team at the office.

BIG JOB WELL DONE!!!

...what IMPRESSED me most about Condor Moving Systems was the men showed up ON TIME!!!!! They were very pleasant and professional. They didn't rush, didn't talk loud, and most of all explained exactly WHAT they were doing...and WHY they were doing it. Those guys were on it!!!!!!! I would recommend them 100% to anyone who wants to move. I moved from CA to FL and it only took 12 days total If I ever need to move ANYTHING (or anyone in our family) you can bet your last dollar I'd request Condor Moving Systems. They were super good!!!!!!!

QUALITY!!!

The Condor Moving Systems team was awesome! Moving is stressful and this was my first long distance move. My stuff was in storage so it was hard to estimate the weight or size of items to fit into the truck. With that little knowledge Sal built a quote that felt reasonable and clear. The moving team was amazing!!! They were fast but super careful with all my things. Because it was long distance, the main mover had to hire people for the unload in my new city, and they were also wonderful. It also felt good to use movers who are conscientious and take a new approach to the moving experience by packing items in sustainable and reusable packaging. I wish they had packed my things too. I truly felt the integrity behind each statement and decision made on behalf of my move and in spite of my stress, everything done was done with such ease and care. The move couldn't have gone any smoother, and Sal made every effort to ensure that my actual amount paid was close to my quoted price. I would not hesitate to use them again or to recommend Condor Moving Systems to anyone!!!!

Fantastic Mover

We had a great move with Condor Moving Systems. We had them relocate us from Texas To California and the experience and quality was great. The day of the move they were very polite and helpful and it took them abt 5 hours to complete loading our items. It took aprox. 10 days for our household items to arrive in California. They unloaded our items and reassembled our beds for us.. Thanks again condor moving systems for all of your help.

WELL DONE CONDOR

When me and my husband decided to relocate my mother from AZ to TX we had a big decision to make. What moving company to use..... So we decided to give Condor Moving Systems a call and there price seemed fair and they were a reputable company. So everything went very smooth and as expected. If your in the Texas area u should give Condor a call and see if they can help you like they helped my family.

Nightmare in Dallas

I don't know where to start. The owner of the company came to give me a quote. He seemed very nice and personable. He assured me that his company would take care of me and my family and gave me a very reasonable quote. We talked about our things arriving to our new home (from Dallas to VA) 3 days after being loaded onto the truck. The day of movers were on time and absolutely wonderful. Unfortunately, that's where the service STOPPED We were first told that the truck would be a day later than originally anticipated. It was then that I learned that they put our things on a semi loaded with others' belongings. This was never discussed with me the day of. Had I known, I would NEVER had hired this company. We were then told it would be a couple MORE days because the truck broke down. Meanwhile, we are in our new home in our new state with NOTHING- with our two young children. No cookware, no beds, no towels, no lunchboxes for school, no school clothes, etc. THEN we were told (by the driver) that he would be even more late because he was delivering other things to other people in other states. Probably with our stuff on the back. THEN I was told that the truck was broken down still. The stories did not add up and Condor continued offering false promises and apologies and excuses. NOW, the delivery driver is refusing to give me ANY updates as to the whereabouts of our things or even a possible delivery date. No responses from Condor. No answers. Just excuses. This has been such a nightmare and has put such a stain on this entire move. I have no idea if we will ever see our things again. Some of my items belong to my late husband who died in the line of duty. I had planned to pass them down to our son. Now I may never have the chance. Think twice before you hire this moving company. LOOK AT EVERY WORD IN THE CONTRACT.

Great service and professional movers

I was a bit spooked by other reviews but I needed a flexible company that would work with me for some unusual situations - I was not present at pickup for example. Mario was great,and gave me good advice and a very accurate quote. Maj was extremely helpful in following up. Everyone I dealt with was professional and capable. I received the calls I was promised about pickup and delivery so I could plan appropriately. My items were handled carefully and I was very pleased with the treatment f my things.

Overall it was good...

Overall it was good, they came on time they moved everything quickly, they delivered in a reasonable time frame and everything was fine except the only thing I noticed that was wrong was that my TV arrived chipped on one of the corners and my bookcase arrived broken.

'til now it was really good...

We have not received a package yet because we requested them to hold it in the storage so it's not complete yet. The pricing was competitive and good

Not great...

There was a time they scheduled a time for pick up but they delayed and I was trying to call them but I think their customer services actually has no control of the truck, so they can only help me leave a message for a dispatcher so that wasn't helpful. Right now I just moved in yesterday, and I'm still waiting for the delivery, so I don't know what will happen when they do the delivery.

Overall they did a good job

They were not very reliable they did not come on time, they charged extra for so many things.. this was extra, that was extra. Overall they did a good job but I don't think I will recommend them to anybody.

Pickup and delievery was good

Pickup was good and delivery was good, they did however mention my things were going to come in the evening but it came the next morning.

They handled my stuff with respect.

I thought they did a great job. I didn't have any issues getting my stuff, and they delivered it in a timely manner.

Yea, the experience was good. Pretty much they gave me 10 business days and it was fine. Not awesome, but good.

It was very very good. We had a bit of a delay on the pick up, but once they got there they did a really really good job.

Good experience, delivered early.

We had a good experience. They were good. They did what they said they would do. Picked it up on time. It was a little early when they came to the docks. The day they delivered it they were 2 hours early I think. That's okay, we were ready, they called before they came. Everything was safe. I don't think anything got broken. Everything was fine.

STAY AWAY

Never doing business with them again. On the pickup day, I was advised to leave the couch since it was in ok condition and was told that I can call their office for quote readjustment to get the reimbursement for that. After 5 days, I got a call from delivery saying that he would be there Sunday night 4 - 8 PM. Obviously, the guy doesn't show up; neither replies to my calls and messages. He calls next morning to schedule delivery between 9 AM - 12 PM. I was even more disappointed when I saw the condition of my shipment. The boxes were so smashed up that contents were falling out. Floor lamp lost. Heavy scratches in many items. Mattress box torn etc etc. The next day, I called their office for price readjustment for couch and to file claim, I was shamelessly told that they would not readjust the price because this was a binding contract and cannot be changed. F**** THUGS. Stay away from these bandits.

They put holes and cracks in the walls ...

All the furniture it came, the boxes were broken, the dishes were all broken. Our dresser, the base was broken. The way they brought the stuff inside, they put holes and cracks in the walls of the new house. They left all the unpacked...boxes, they left it outside. They were supposed to take it with them. It was a really bad experience we had. We claimed for it and we didn't hear anything from them.

They kept changing dates on me. I was ...

They got my stuff here eventually, so I'm not quite sure how satisfied I am with them ... They kept adding different fees in .... they kept telling me different things basically every time I talked to them. Satisfied would not be the word that I would use, but they did the job.

One of the best moving experiences ...

They were very professional. I got my goods about a week earlier than I thought. They kept in touch with me and let me know what was going on during the entire move. Would definitely recommend them to someone else.

Please reconsider if you plan to use ...

I've only moved a couple of times but my experience with Condor Moving systems makes hope that I will never have to again. From pick up to delivery it was a disorganized, stressful, unsatisfactory experience. The packers were running late and were in a very big rush to get things packed and out the door that a chandelier and glass table top were almost broken in the process. At delivery things were not much better with too much miscommunication. But most upsetting of all is that of the 14 items I entrusted to Condor Moving Systems. 2 were lost completely and never delivered to me. 1 was damaged beyond repair and 2 needed costly repairs. Making a claim has gotten me nowhere as the driver insisted that I sign for delivery before they would unpack a single item. I would recommend to anyone that they look around before you contract with Condor for your moving needs.

I was very disappointed

The representative told us that the truck would be out there between 12:00 and 2:00 to pick it up. As it turned out, the representative that told us this was not authorized. They didn't show up until 10:00 at night. They picked my daughter's stuff up in Killeen at 10 o'clock at night--as soon as they picked the stuff up she was leaving..... To make a long story short, she had to drive all night long to get here. When they got here--I understood it was a certain price..... Then they told me it was an additional charge. It turned out to be $1,200 instead of $825.

They were very accommodating

There was a little bit of a hiccup when the movers didn't show up until hours after they told me they were going to be there. Subsequently I didn't have anybody there to open the door for them. It all worked out fine actually, I ended up not needing to move my things out of state--ended up just moving them to a local storage unit. They were very kind--the things I had going on on my end worked out because they were kinda backed up on their end. So it all worked out. It was great.

They did well

They did well. They did come and pack up everything as they said they would and, that was about a month ago and then they delivered actually a day earlier than I had originally said but it was okay because they called in advanced and said that they'd be a day early and that was fine. They did wrap some of my draws, and they were delivered undamaged so that was a great. The pricing was comfortable, they weren't the cheapest or the most expensive but I chose them because of the location convenience.

I dont have much good to say

I dont have much good to say about condor moving. They arrived more than four hours late from when they said they were going to arrive, they didn't get to my place until after 9 o'clock in the evening on the day they said they were coming. They didn't provide me with the weight of the truck before the move and they charged me extra for what they said was overweight but they didn't show me any weight afterwards. They were terrible in letting me know when they were arriving at my destination with my stuff, they told me it was going to be there one week and at the end of that week they never arrived and I called them and they told me it was coming a few days later but denied ever even talking to me and giving me a previous date, so on both ends of the move, it was not a great experience.

It was fine

Everything was okay, but they were late on the delivery by four or five days. But they did compensate me by taking money off the bill for it. But other than that, it was fine. They charged me exactly what they quoted me.

Move went as per expectations

The person who managed the operation like the person who took in the call and arranged everything. I think the person name is Maj - either they took care of all the stuff, the payment and that was very easy, very smooth. They basically took care of planning. That was excellent. The crew that came in to pick up my stuff was really good. They were three guys, a foreman, and two movers. The foreman adjusted the bill. We had to add like extra things and he got that squared away really quick. Pretty much took care of all the moving logistics. Got ourselves out of there within 2 hours. Everything was kind of setup. The stuff moved in my location actually ahead of schedule. I thought it would take two weeks but it took only week and half. Actually just over a week. So that was pretty pleasant. The movers came in unload everything and put in order. There is only one thing that struck with me. I was charged for moving supplies and the bill of lading which were never used. Because I mentioned that we need to move a TV stand. So I was charged another like $45 to pack glass. No supplies were really used. As well as my glass table. It was taken apart and packed. The materials were never really used. I probably just say to the future customers that they are usually on top of everything. They took care of everything. They did a good job. They will do in a timely fashion. My move wasn't that complicated. I can't say like for larger rooms. I can say for smaller moves they did everything what was expected.

An average experience

They delivered my items roughly six days late. The prices were competitive. The crew members were fine but one person in delivery - he was very rude but it is okay. Yes packing was done up to my satisfaction. Yes I did receive all the moving services that I have requested. There was absolutely no communication as to why my package was delayed or even it was delayed. I had to call and ask why is my moving items not being delivered. I had to follow every single day. It was very frustrating, annoying not knowing when my items are going to be delivered. So I just wish they had better level of communication to keep me informed with what was going on because on three days after the items were supposed to be delivered. They said we have a ten day contract and we had to go and deliver everything in ten days. On the thirteenth day I had to call and ask where my items. They said it is still in the warehouse and it is not even left yet. I just wish that they would have told me on day number five, or day number nine, letting me know what was going on instead of me calling and asking what is happening.
