The movers were on time, courteous and reliable. They arrived right on time as scheduled. David, the lead movers was very organized and knew exactly where and when to load what. They handled our furniture and treated us with respect. The driver arrived on time at our destination and David kept in touch with us all the way. Absolutely Fabulous

I was pleasantly surprised by the fabulous experience I had with Convenient Movers. We hired them to move us from Oklahoma to Florida. First of all, after shopping around with other companies including van lines, convenient movers had the best price. Other companies were charging anywhere from $3000 and up. EXCELLENT WORK

Professional service. I was very impressed. Before moving day, they called a few times to make sure they had all the necessary supplies. They made sure to understand exactly what we needed to pack our house. On moving day they arrived early with all packing material and went right to work. I was impressed because every mover on the team know exactly what their job function was. Once everything was packed, the team lead sent out loaders to complete the load in 3 hrs. David Worker /The Owner /Very Rude/Not ...

I was told I would have 2 trucks at 9:00. One arrived at 9:00 and one at 11:30 that night. When questioned he screamed at me and told me he would take my tuxedos back and dump them at the wear house if I asked any more questions. He told me the trucks would leave Monday. He would not answer my calls or emails and they did not arrive until Saturday,8 days later. I have not known when I would receive my tuxedos and have worried all week. He was so rude. The worst person I have met in 30 years of business where I was the one paying him. I went after one load myself and have been back for days. They said they could not get it all in their truck. His guys unloading were nice. They are a plus. Read more

The pricing was good and the movers ...

Oh, they were very good. They boxed us up and got us moved into the storage unit and stacked it really well and everything. The price was good and they even helped clean the dorm room afterwards when we were done. They did a great job, very professional. We definitely would use them again. Read more

BAD Experience

Never AGAIN! I was told they would help me pack. Two guys arrived and said they weren't there to pack they were on a time limit. 4 hours for $299 and $60 an hour after that and NEEDED to collect money before unloading at destination. My new couch was soaked because the truck leaked and my brand new coffee table was scratched up. They unloaded and stacked everything so badly I had to get a second storage for it all to fit. I had to help move and load because the younger one was so lazy and the older one had to keep him going and yelling at him. Then at the end they asked me for a TIP and said they only worked for tips!!!!!! I gave them $609.00 in cash before they unloaded, had to go purchase another storage unit and had to renta a uhaul for 2 days to finish the job. Total - I was out $1036.00. That does not inlcude lunch and energy drinks that the younger man asked me to purchase for him. I am a 55 year old woman and was truly relying on this help and didn't get it. Convenient Movers were fantastic. This was a great service and I was completely satisfied. The 2 gentleman that helped us were extremely careful with our possessions and genuinely cared about their quality of work. They were courteous, prompt and worked very fast! We are so thankful for their expertise. I would recommend them highly and will request them when we move again. I LOVE THIS SERVICE

After calling many other companies to help with my move, i called Convenient Movers. The manager was polite and listened carefully to what i had to move and the project. He offered to come by and see what i had to move. He arrived in a big truck. i was really impressed by what he said after looking through all my goods. He gave me a free estimate and promised to beat any other moving company's price. On moving day the movers came by all uniformed with tools and ready to take apart my bed dressers and washer and dryers. Other moving companies charge to take apart washer and dryers. Convenient movers was a life saver for me because they didnt have any hidden charges. The price was low and within 2 hours they were loaded up and ready to go. I recieved my goods in good condition. The unloaders were quick, they helped me arrange all my furniture in place and even assembled all my furniture. They also helped me hook up my washer and dryer. I looked at all that was moved and i was very pleased with Convenient Movers. Usually i am not the one to write down a review but i was on a budget and these are the only movers who could work with my price for my move. Other movers were trying to charge me an arm and a leg. I didnt have much money to tip the movers so i promised that i will write something online so other customers can know what good of a job they did. Actually i was thinking that because their price was so low, that the level of service will just be average. i was very happy how the manager kept me informed and updated me on how the driver was doing as he was making the trip. I was surprised how all my antique furniture was well cared for. I was definitely impressed by these movers. They have a slogan that moving you with a smile and they definitely moved me with a smile. Great Experience

BEST MOVERS I'VE EVER HAD SO FAR

Convenient Mover are Very professional. My step father is moving in with us and had difficulty finding a good mover in Oklahoma. We called Convenient Movers in the last minute because all my sons cancelled on us. They arrived on time and got to work as soon as they arrived. Everything arrived in perfect condition. Buyer beware

Do not do any business with Convenient Movers. They do not have good business practices. The movers arrived at my residence 2 hours late. The owner did not make clear that they do not accept out of state checks until 10 minutes before the appointment time, which should have been addressed at the point of acquiring their services. Oklahoma City is a transient city where many people move there for college, federal and military jobs. Many people do not have local banks and they should have made clear of their payment policy. They do not handle your property with care. They dragged my couch on the floor after repeatedly telling them how to remove my couch out of the door. The truck broke down twice on the way to the destination which also caused them to be late to the arrival destination. Due to the lateness, when they finally arrived the storage facility was closed and the owner told me to accommodate their boarding and meals if I wanted my property to be placed because he needed the truck to do another job. These movers are irresponsible and the owner is unprofessional and has poor business practices. My belongings were damaged in the process after making clear that my boxes that were marked fragile should not be stacked at the bottom. My bed has deep scratches, my mattress were dirty from them dragging on the ground. They will not handle your property properly. By all means, avoid doing any business with this company. Read more

I used Convenient Movers' services on Saturday and I wanted to express my sincere gratitude to your movers Andy and Barry who did a superb job. I can't express how pleased I am with their work. Saturday was an extraordinarily cold and even icy day. I was expecting that the movers might cancel and I would have understood. But Convenient Movers showed up Saturday morning and stayed for seven hours to get us moved into our new house. They were so professional and careful. Not one thing was broken or even scratched. Worst Moving Experience in my Life

By far THE WORST experience I have EVER had. Started with unprofessional staff answering the phones. Scheduled us but when we called to confirm, had no record of us. Re-scheduled us but WE called THEM 30min after our movers were supposed to be there. Rescheduled us again to later that day- This happened 5 TIMES and every time WE called THEM when our movers were not there on time. Finally got too late and they rescheduled us for the next day- still showed up late. VERY unprofessional. We got asked to help carry our own things to the truck, got asked to take our tv's ourself so they "wouldn't be responsible for any damage". Set my leather couch on concrete and scraped the hell out of it. Broke my ottoman foot, drug my bed through mud (after i asked them to keep the sheet on to protect it and they assured me it would be fine). Walked through our house with NO show protection getting mud everywhere. Moved so slow we only got 1/2 our apartment done in 3 hours!!! When I called the company to tell them what happened and to file a claim, I was told the owner was out of town, they were busy and I'd need to call back later. Worst company you could ever hire.
