****Caveat Emptor (Buyer Beware)**** DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. If I could give 0 Stars I would. I received a binding estimate from Frank DiMartini for a move from Tampa, FL to Albuquerque, NM. The BINDING ESTIMATE was for $1640.31. The day they picked up my belongings I confirmed with the Foreman that we were not over our estimated cubic footage and he confirmed that we were not. The next day while driving to NM, I received a phone call from Sophie Jasmin who told me that I owed an additional 911.00. After arguing with her for a few days my file, was turned over to Linda Ade who told me they would honor the original binding estimate and she would send me a new contract the next day. Needless to say this never happened. The next day I received an e-mail indicating that the same day my belongings would be moved to permanent storage and additional fees would be charged. I still do not have my belongings and they will no longer return my phone calls or e-mails. Be aware that a binding estimate is just that. They cannot make you pay additional money to get your belongings delivered. All they can do it charge you the binding estimate amount and bill you for any additional they say you owe. If you are in this situation with this mover you need to do the following:File a complaint with the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration. File a complaint with the Florida Attorney General. File a complaint with the local police department where your belongings were stolen from. File a complaint with the BBB. Contact Move Rescue

My only complaint was the condition of ...

The only complaint that I have was the condition of the boxes when I received them. The movers that went to pick up my things in Florida, I had no problems with that. Everything went smoothly. The guys were very nice and professional. Everything went fine. The only complaint that I have is was that my boxes were returned to me in Arizona, the boxes were damaged. The outsides of the boxes were damaged. I haven't seen anything that was broken in the inside luckily. I didn't have items that were delicate. The boxes themselves were smashed. There were quite a few of them that were broken. They had additional tape around them that I didn't do. So someone along the line of the moving had to put additional tape around the boxes. They were smashed. Some of them where, like, open.

Awesome Experience

I cannot tell you how much I recommend Conway in only a paragraph of words, but I’ll do my best. As a young high school graduate, I didn’t know how I was going to move all of my stuff from home off to to college. I looked online for a moving service that was affordable and effective, so I chose Conway on a whim. First of all, when I first called up, I was treated like a real person. The customer support was phenomenal. They actually took the time to carefully handle all of my materials and furniture. I’ve used moving services in the past, and those other services treated my equipment and material like it was trash. Conway took the time to carefully move all of my stuff and pack it properly. Overall, they’re an amazing service and I wanted to share my experience with others because I know how stressful it can be to find a reliable, competent moving service.

AFFORDABLE AND RELIABLE

With my husband job In the marines I move from state to state A LOT. It was easy when it was just our things to pack and haul . But now that we have twin newborn boys I was dreading the moving process from Florida to New York I was finding quotes on line that was well over budget . I came across Conway van lines and I just went with them I absolutely will use their services again fast easy and on schedule made it easy.

Reliable Movers

Moving is never a pleasant thing, as it is all stressing and it quite destroys your everyday habits. I had to move from Florida to Ohio for work purposes, and Conway just made this whole necessity more bearable. Their services were on point: they were always on time, always following a schedule that we worked on together. They handled my things with great care. I was most impressed by how good they handled my gaming PC, the one that I’m really fond of. The price was also a low one, considering the huge amount of work and how annoying I am when it comes to my stuff. Will recommend Conway to all my friends!

A Great Move

I recently relocated from Florida to Michigan, a move that was planned for well over a year. I knew one of the most important decisions to make with my move was to find a reliable moving company to assist me with the move, I wanted a company that could eliminate the most stressful part of any relocation process. I searched online for a long time and finally stumbled across Conway van lines. At first I was skeptical, as with any company I wanted the best deal possible but I went ahead and contacted them. Their customer service was second to none, right from the first phone call to their expert movers turning up at my door and handling my whole moving process for me. The price was great to, a snip at only $3800 for such a long haul. Conway van lines treated my possessions as if they belonged to them and I would strongly recommend this company to anybody looking to relocate.

Delivering us home with care

I recently moved from the Florida to Arizona. I was leaving family and creating a new home in the Southwest, and Conway made me feel like I had family taking care of me along the way. All of our interactions with them were caring and professional, and I knew I was in good hands for the long trip. Once we finally got there, everything had been packed with care and nothing was damaged. I’ve had poor experiences with moving companies in the past, but Conway went above and beyond for every request and eased our stress every step of the way. We will definitely be using their services in the future.

Very friendly and professional

After hearing so many horror stories about moving companies, I was apprehensive about my first big move. The people at Conway put my mind at ease. They were so friendly, helpful and professional from my first call on. I had so many questions I thought for sure they would get sick of hearing from me, but each call I made was answered with a smile I could hear over the phone. They treated my boxes with such care as if they were moving their own most cherished items. The packing was no neat and they didn't skimp on materials either. The truck arrived early at my new place and the movers were working to unload even as I turned the front door key. I had to treat my friend to a nice dinner for recommending them to me.

EXTORTINIST disguised as a moving company. CONWAY (Appropriately named con-way)should be avoided at all costs. OWNERS: Mr Yosi Wizman and his partner in crime Tiffany Bromirski are running Conway as their 3rd company. First two(suntrust van lines and united states movers inc) are defunct: most likely taken to court and shut down on all their extortionist policies. STAFF: Linda ade, Sophie, Toby, Lee: real scumbags of the earth. They are aware of their actions and the stress it causes to their clients (the very same people who feed them) but they seem to thrive on misery of their clients and coercion of charges thru trickery and thugery. usually professional and courteous in the beginning until they have you thru the gate and then they will take you to slaughterhouse. OBJECTIVE: To extract the maximum amount which is usually double or in some cases even more. PICK UP: this is where the con starts. The driver will analyze the situation and con you accordingly. Most likely make you sign the REVISED DOCUMENT whish has all kinds of added fees like packaging, overage, etc. etc. Beware not to allow them to touch anything until everything is finalized. definitely do not sign anything last minute. PAYMENT: There is a reason why they are happy to take credit card as down payment BUT ONLY CASH after that and try their best to NOT issue a receipt giving them a upper hand on charging you the same sum again. CON: itself involves making a competitive bid for you job and once they have your job to extract as much out of you as possible especially if you have moved and need those belongings to settle down in the new place. LEGAL: Don't expect much. Police cannot help because there is a civil contract in place which means only can be resolved in court thru civil lawsuit which are not cheap and spending 10-20k to go after your 2k makes little sense. Conway knows this loophole and is exploiting it to their advantage. Having said that Conway is on the radar of every dept. so we all must play our role in bringing them to justice. DELIVERY: we were promised 4 days and we received our goods 21days later which happens to be the limit allowed by DOT. Needless to say they could care less about you or your goods so a lot of damage can be expected. In our case some brutal force damage. DOT: the licensing authority..............remains a govt. bureaucratic department with little to no oversight. this explains why the same owner is running his third moving company. DOJ: Miami and Florida prosecutor office: well still waiting to hear from them..................talk about justice. BBB: they started of strong but shortly thereafter chose not to get involved. CONCLUSION: AVOID them at all cost. Help spread the word. do your part in contacting all legal authorities, every bit count. there is no difference between conway and mafia. Easy Moving

I needed movers quickly. I researched several companies and found either they were too expensive or they could not move me in time. I finally found Conway van-lines. They were reasonably priced and promptly responded when I contacted them. When I was moving they took very good care of my fragile items.

I recently had to move from Florida to Arkansas and had the opportunity to use the moving company Conway van lines. This is an excellent company that provides the most promising and satisfactory way to move anything in a home or business that is relocating. I was provided with wonderful service and wonderful hospitality from the staff as well as the driver and movers when my things arrived. In total, my cost and expenses came out to be reasonable and I was thrilled when I considered some of the other rates I had gotten from some of the other moving companies I had checked out. Conway van lines saved me a great deal with great performance and awesome satisfaction.

Reliable Team

Very easy moving experience with All In Moving. They came on time, and were prepared and ready to work, were very hard and efficient workers. Max even fixed a couple of pieces of furniture in the process! I also very much like that they are very upfront about their prices and what fees they are going to charge - absolutely no hidden fees whatsoever, I paid for exactly what I was quoted and no more. Awesome people

I have a job that requires me to move around the country every year or so. Over the years, I have used many moving companies and I have had my share of nightmares. When I shifted to Conway, for my move to Chicago, I was expecting nothing different - shoddy work and over the top charges. However, to my surprise, my experience with Conway was so much better! The movers were super helpful and efficient. They packed all my stuff and not once I had to tell them to be careful of damaging my stuff. The charges were very reasonable and very transparent. My stuff was in great condition and I did not have a single breakage or damage incidence at all. I am very impressed with the work and I have since recommended many of my friends to use Conway. I will, hands down, be using Conway every time I need moving!

Fantastic job

These guys did a fantastic job! We just moved from a 2/2 into a 3/1 and parking was crappy in both locations. And it was cold. And it rained on and off. They were super nice, and too great care of our stuff. Moving is stressful no matter what, but these guys did all they could to make it a fast and pleasant experience. Thumbs up!!

We used Conway van to move our 3BHK last month and had an overwhelmingly pleasant experience with them. Factors for choosing to hire them included very positive customer reviews. When I talked to Ivette who walked me through every detail of the move and was always happy to change our estimate if needed. Dave and Joe arrived at our place on time,Team were friendly, fast and efficient. Everything was handled with care - we have a lot of antiques,glass stuffs,delicate show pieces - all were wrapped in blankets and secured tightly.We dont find any complaints from there side in the whole process we have only compliment for them.We would definitely hire them again, and will recommend them to friends and colleagues. From the initial sales discussion till the delivery the staff were all wonderful as was the service. No goods were damaged during the pickup and delivery. Price was on higher side as i have lot of stuffs and they handled everything in a superb way so it was surely considerable.I didn't have to wait on my possessions at my new location. WARNING! this company is a scam

Horrible experience!!! Would rate them negative if we could. What a scam. I cannot believe this company is still in business seeing all these terrible reviews. I'm just sorry I didn't check the reviews before hiring them. They underquote everybody to get your business and then charge you double once you're in the middle of your move and have no choice. To explain the whole ordeal would take way too much space and time, but wanted to include these facts: - when you first call the office for your initial complaint, they will tell you that a manager will call back, which will never happen. Then they will start ignoring your calls, putting you on hold forever, etc. I had to threaten the call the police (they had some of my belongings) in order to hear back from a manager. the manager promised to show up at my house the next day and that never happened. after many complaints (because the "other truck" that was supposed to show up to pick up the other 90% of our stuff never showed up), he basically threatened to just abandon my furniture that they did have (I would have to pay someone else to go pick it up). when the movers finally showed up at the new house (days later than what was quoted), they refused to bring the 2nd floor furniture upstairs or to re-assemble anything. we had to hire someone else to help with this -they broke more things than is reasonable. months later we are still trying to deal with their insurance company. This is the worst moving company BY FAR. every employee we dealt with, including management was dishonest and sneaky. I would LOVE it is a responsible employee from this company wanted to contact me to learn more, but I know that wont happen.

I am united states military, so I move a lot. Very recently I had to change stations. Due to certain circumstances, I had to use a moving service instead of letting Big Blue foot the bill. I found Conway Van-Lines. They gave me a quote I couldn't beat. I was concerned about the condition of my belongings, but it came on time and without a single scratch. I am from army and we require to change our places many times in our life. We have experienced many good and bad company –movers. But I guess if I have to remember good one Conways van are in good list .They are not only professional but they know how to treat their customer very well. Awesome Service

I am so thankful to Dave and Arthur who arranged my move in a quick succession,As i have to join new office at short notice.On behalf of my presence Joe and Dave organized everything with perfection.My landlord call me when they move from there place they did not leave any mess behind. Commendable work

I am a solo mom and when I switch my job I was needed to carry my home with me with my baby. I checked many Movers –company and choose Conway Van at last. Last week, your company Conway van-lines moved our business from St. Petersburg, FL to just outside Atlanta, GA . Your employees did an outstanding job. They worked non-stop loading and unloading and were the hardest working people I've seen in many years - I was impressed! They were very accommodating, willing to make any changes we wanted, were very careful and thorough. All in all, they made this move a much better experience than we expected!
