A quick shout out to MO and the boys for a stellar job moving us. We have no complaints, on the contrary, nothing but positive feedback. The team was excelkent. They were punctual, begin to work immediately, didnt take any un-necessary breaks and were very professional. I was kept apprised of when my delivery would occur, the driver called us the day before to give a delivery window

CR7 Asked me to file a Claim with CSI a Third Party Insurance. I filed it in September 2021, in December 9 of 2021, the insurance emailed me and said lack of Authorization to Proceed by CR7. The Owner Salih Delky told me that the insurance wanted to pay me $450 for my claim but he is willing to settle at $300. While laughing he was telling me this. HE ALSO THREATENED ME AND SAID IF HE WRITES ME A CHECK, HE HAS TO COME PICK UP ALL MY DAMAGED ITEMS. MY claim totaled 18,000 worth of items damaged. He Said maybe I can try to sell my items to get back money. They also respond to everyone that you can file a Claim. No they don't give you back anything. 300 cannot even repair one item that they damaged. I spent over 5 hours preparing claim paperwork which turned out to be just a waste of time, because they already know they are not going to cover any damaged products. I paid 12,000 for my move, when I was originally quoted 8,000 by Empire Moving Group They Ruined my Living Room, Dining Room, Office and 2 Bedroom Furniture's, also 50% of my kitchen items.

Dishonest and Bad Business

This company is horrible, they over charge and give extremely repugnant excuses as to why they need more money. They lost and broke items. They also tried to deliver a box that wasn't even ours. We ended up paying double what was quoted and their service is terrible and their business practices are shady. They don't accept regular payment types like other companies do and when I asked to pay by credit card they denied payment and told me that I didn't have a choice and had to use Venmo which I refuse to use. It's my choice what companies I share my financial information with and NOT theirs. The men that I had to deal with were rude and condescending. Altogether a horrible experience and horrible company.

Horrible experience

Severely under-represented the cost of my move,and my final cost ended up twice as much as what I was quoted - I was quoted $1,700,and when I got a second call to double check my items,they quoted me $2,400. On the day of arrival,they charged me $3,300. In addition to this,I was also only given a 4-hour's notice for when they would arrive,though I had been told by two separate people that I would be given at least a day's notice. When the moving company finally delivered my things,they ruined all my furniture - someone literally tore off the legs of my desk,destroying the wood,and severely scratched,dented,and scraped my credenza. They also broke the glass of one of my paintings,and many of my boxes came torn and damaged. They operate by underquoting initially,not caring about damaging items,and expecting the claims company they work with to deal with whatever issues they cause. Extremely terrible experience.

Total Scoundrels - Destroyed my stuff!!

DO NOT TRUST this moving company with you home!!! I hired the company for a cross country move from NYC to Minnesota. They destroyed so much of my property, it felt like they did it on purpose:BOXES CRUSHED, BROKEN DISHES (so many glass pieces I actually cut my finger!!), DAMAGED PICTURES, DESTROYED FURNITURE. It's hard to understand how so much damage was even possibly. When I called them to complain, the guy I spoke with didn’t seem at all surprised, offered no concern or apology, and quickly dumped me on some outsourced claims company. I have not heard from anyone from the company since. I emailed the company, and received no response. I've never in my life experienced such lack of professionalism and really just total indifference. DO NOT HIRE!! Spare yourself the disaster.

Good Job

I have to admit that I was a bit scared with some of the reviews about this company but I went with my gut feelings and chose to work with a very professional sales person such as Neil. The movers have arrived with 3 strong guys that moved my 2 BDRM very fast and very efficient so part 1 went very good. I was afraid to wait for my goods for too long but I have received it undamaged and only 4 days after. That was a great surprise. My price went up exactly 27% but I totally forgot to list up my Patio furniture's and I had about 8 extra large boxes so I think I had a very reasonable price. Overall, Good service for your money value. I will definitely use this guys for my next move
