Worst experience EVER

Do not use Crossland! Delivery was 6 weeks from contract date of delivery, I slept on the floor with no bed , clothes or personnel items! Pick up was never itemized or packed. Furniture was not delivered directly to destination and was rerouted to Houston put in storage and items where picked through and stolen. Furniture was scratched , chipped, broken. Delivery driver did not help unload and sat in semi truck with alcohol, bologna sandwich listening to ACDC music during inventory. He would not help unload furniture because he stated he could not get semi in apartment complex, which I have seen other semi moving trucks enter complex. Proceeded to demand cash or he would take my furniture to some storage unit? Driver also called police because I would not pay his cash offered credit card and no less. I am now having to file a claim form for stolen property. Do not know how to do so since there was never an inventory sheet with reference tickets to match for these items! Items stolen are family of generations of antique furniture, crystal, pictures of past family gone! Crossland never offered reimbursement or inventory sheet or contact to reclaim items! I am past military and have relocated multiple times, this is the worst experience ever! Please for your piece of mind and sanity do not use this company.

It was a successful move

I always thought moving companies are no good. Then I hired Crossland van lines which completely changed my mind. I got a hint of their efficiency when I called them first. Their customer service was very helpful and prompt. Their quote was unbeatable. The best part of their service was the movers. They were so punctual and efficient. The movers were so fast at the packing and loading process. The delivery was made on time and everything was in perfect condition. All my prejudices about moving companies are gone.

* * * * * This crew couldn't have been more amazing. Most of our stuff was packed in boxes, but we hadn't finished. I just assumed they would move the boxes, and we would deal with the rest later. They Did Everything! Never thought moving could be so easy. Couldn't imagine hiring anyone else. I'm not sure how price compares to others, but they ended up less than the estimate over the phone.
