Very Bad Experience

I would say my experience was very bad because out of many quotes, I had selected that company [and they gave a] quote. Many times, I confirmed with them that this was the final quote. They said, "Yeah, this will be the final." ... But on the day when they actually came, they said it would be based on the weight of the luggage... but when they came they made it into cubic square feet, and everything has been bumped up. So in the end, the total price was ... almost $1,000 extra. There was, I would say, a lot of hidden charges, so I am not very happy with them. It's not even reached here [yet]. Only when I contact them [do] I get any information. Today they told me on Monday they would tell me, but I haven't received any call. ... So yeah, it's not so good.
