I moved last month from Dallas to Orlando. My experience was flawless. I know theres a lot that can go wrong when you are moving over a thousand miles away but my experience was fantastic. My crew showed up at 9am on Saturday morning. (I received a window of 8-10am) They inventories everything prior to labeling and packing. The furniture was wrapped in the most professional way I've seen so far. (This is out 8th move from state to state) They labeled all of our furniture with huge white labels before loading them onto the truck. We closed on our house in Florida a week after we left Dallas. Our stuff was stored with the moving company for a few weeks until we were ready. Once we got our stuff here in our new home everything was unwrapped and put back together. The guys in Dallas and in Orlando did such a great job, its summer, its hot, I know that much- still they worked so fast and efficiently. I never once felt bad for them because they worked with great attitude. I am glad I went with my gut feeling after speaking with Olivia over the phone. Ron and Eric and the rest of the guys that I can't remember their names were truly wonderful to work with. I highly recommend this service.

Price Change
I was told I needed to set a tentative move to "lock in prices" by the 15th as afterwards they'd be going up - even though I did not have an exact date, just knew I was trying to make before the end if the month. I did that, and thought it turned out even better as the switched it to charge as a local move. Same rep called again to check on things
