Hot garbage

Rude movers. Fat guy broke my toilet seat and tried to deny it. Left glass hanging out and lost half the hardware to put our stuff together. They don't care because they're the only military movers. If you're military do a DITY and avoid them.

Worst Military move experience in 20 ...

This company needs to lose their contract. Our experience with Denali Group out of Anchorage Alaska for our move was the worst in my 20 year military career of moving every 3-4 years. I honestly don't even know where to begin. They were unprofessional,rude,not on time,stole all the alcohol from our house (over 15 full bottles of hard liquor),lost several large items,delivered our goods more than 30 days past original estimate,most of our goods were damaged beyond repair including items on the high value list. After filing the claim within the 75 days required denali is refusing to cover ANY damages citing that we did not give them timely notice within 75 days of our intent to file a loss claim even though we did and showed them proof of the dates it was entered into the DPS system. Denali will now not return any correspondence and I am now forces to file again through the military claims office which will not cover our goods for the full replacement value (only depreciation cost). DO NOT USE DENALI GROUP or Its subsidiary PACIFIC MOVERS!!!!

Worst moving experience

I have been in the military for 20 years and conducted numerous moves. The Denali Group is by far the worst company I have dealt with. The packers they contracted out were extremely slow. On two out of three days they arrived an hour late and on the first day of packing they left early. The loaders showed little respected for our home, frequently leaving the door open (in May in Kentucky) even when they were on break. However, the worst part of this is just trying to get our stuff. Our required delivery date was a week ago and we still don’t have our household goods (I am writing this on 19 JUN 2018). They were packed and loaded on 31 May and didn’t even leave our last location until approximately 11 JUN. We were told our shipment would be at the local mover last Friday, 15 JUN. On Monday, 18 JUN, I called and was told that it would be there by the end of that day. When I received no feedback, I called Tuesday around lunchtime and was told that the driver was unable to make the delivery on Monday. It is now Tuesday afternoon at 4 p.m. and they still can’t tell me where my shipment is. On a positive note, I will say that most of the people I interacted with on the phone from this company were polite. However, that doesn’t make up for their inability to do the core aspect of their job.

Worst military move ever!!!

Please do NOT use this group. They will lie to you, run you around, and not deliver your household goods when promised. We were suppose to get our goods Monday. It is now Thursday and still have nothing. They didn't know where our truck was. Told us they were having problems getting drivers and that they had to transfer our goods from truck to truck. We have had several moves with the military and have never had issues until now.
