Excellent to deal with

The communication between Dibble and me was great. They were doing a moving job for another customer in Oglesby, so offered a discount on the price if we could do our final move the same day. It worked out well. Many factors were in play and all worked out very well. Otis was part of the move on both days that were involved. Nice to see consistency in the moving personnel. Very nice movers!

Showed up on time. Took care with antique furniture and with recently restored woodwork. In addition to the planned move, I realized last minute that I needed some items moved to a storage unit. The guys were able to accommodate my extra requests with no problem. The original work was right on the estimate. The extra work was at the rate I agreed to.

Very prompt!

They were very prompt, they took very good care of our stuff and they moved it very quickly and efficiently.

Pure Amazing!

These 3 guys were magic! They hustled with great care,. I moved yesterday,3/22/14.They were 2 hours under the estimate and $125-$150 under budget. They worked great together and were so pleasant to me and each other. I recommend Billy and his crew to anyone. My stress level b4 they came was as high as it can go.Within 5 minutes of their arrival my stress was down to zero. Nothing broken, nothing lost. Their office people were great as well. Thanks guys!

Very satisfied with the movers

They communicated very honestly, answered the calls properly, came out and estimated quickly and came early and did a good job. They brought integrity to everything they did. Their pricing was competitive with other companies and I would recommend them.

Crew needs to be more professional

It was good. Nothing got damaged. The crew members fought the whole time. They were fighting the whole time they were at my house. Arguing - yelling at each other. Price was comparable. Packing was done by me. I would recommend them to my friends and family. My advice to the moving company is: they need to act a little bit more professional when they are at people's houses.

Helpful movers

My move was good except they damaged one piece but other than that it was very good. They were quick, they were efficient and they were helpful with the placement of furniture in the new place. The price was reasonable, it was little bit higher than anticipated, but it was good. I did packing on my own, they only moved with big pieces. I received all the moving services I requested. I would recommend them.

Fabulous services at fair prices

Moving with a small kid is a very tough process to handle. But the movers helped me to make my move easy. They completed everything in the scheduled two hours time. The best thing about the move was that the end price was lower than the initial estimate, which was fantastic. Some of my friends already took their number.

Wow! I'm impressed!

The company and all the people I dealt with were very personable and professional. An estimate for 4 men & truck was given, but when only 3 men came and did the work of 6, I was not only impressed, but they adjusted my bill downward! Unheard of in this generation! Thanks guys, you were great, very professional and cooperative and with a great attitude. They made the delivery very easy... move this hear? No problem. Move it back? No problem. Thanks again guys! You really made this move as easy as it gets. Would I recommend them? Of course, and in a heart beat! Sylvia

The best move I ever made. Everyone, all the men, were helpful, kind, considerate, professional, just super! I would and definitely have recommended them to anyone I know who is making a move.
