Did a fine job

They were fine. Their price was reasonable. I received all the services that I requested. They were good. For my next move I will use them. Packing was fine.

awful

The only reason I chose this company was that they gave me the cheapest quote of all. I ended up paying almost double. They don't answer the email I sent and it took 18 days for my stuff to arrive. The movers in SF were so unprofessional. and complained the whole time and broke my bookcase and had a nerve to ask me for more money. I did the exact same move 2 years ago (from SF to VA) and the company I worked with did it for less than 10 days and it was only $1100. I should've picked this company instead.

They were pretty expensive; almost ...

I am not happy with their service. They ended up charging triple of what they have quoted. Their estimate was $1,100 while the actual price shot up to $3,000. I still have to find out if they have damaged anything as I haven’t unpacked yet.

Professional service but double the ...

We recently had our stuff moved from Maryland to Michigan. They got my stuff promptly to our house. There’s one thing which we couldn’t find and they never even unloaded from the truck and it was my bookshelf. Other than that everything made it safely to our new house. However, my biggest complaint is that their actual price was double the price they quoted online. What I didn’t know at that time was that I could have people come to my house and give me an estimate rather than doing it over the phone. Except for their pricing, I am happy with their service. The staff was very professional, so no complaints there.

This moving company's staff was very hardworking and professional. The guys who came to our place handled our things very well. Although a few of our things were broken, I think that is a normal thing to happen during the moving process. Besides, nothing major was broken. We are happy.

The move went very smoothly

My recent move went perfectly according to plan thanks to the movers that I used. They picked everything up exactly when they said that they would and delivered everything when they promised as well. The price was reasonable and everything was done on time. Also, everyone that I spoke to either in person or on the phone was friendly and courteous.
