ZERO - Horror, hysteria, ruin, ...

Poor. Got in a wreck, lied, total loss. Didn't answer phone or pay claim, $140,000. I thought conservative actuary amount for a $225,000 3 bed/2 bath home. Lied. Not worried about paying. Claim service said they couldn't make him pay. Legal action.

Worst moving company ever

Do not use this company! They are con artists! They will get you to go with their services by giving you a low quote then they will bump up the price. In my case they were inaccurate with the drop off time AND damages my television. Do not use them!

Fast & efficient guys!!

They were really fast! This is definitely a great moving company. I really don't want to have to move again for a while but if I do, I'll definitely be calling Direct Movers again.

Fantastic Moving crew!

I was quoted a great price with no hidden fees!!! Very honest and up front company! So happy with my choice on using them! The two movers were on time and very professional. They came in and got right to business. And the truck they have is a beast!!! Would recommend Direct Movers to all who need help moving!

He came by personally both times to check on the jobs, great communication throughout from the time of booking till the job is done, and their prices are competitive. I will definitely use Direct Movers again for any moving jobs.

Alex came to pick up the items and was extremely professional! Along with his partner Julio, they organized and loaded the items in a very efficient manner. Alex also patiently explained all the forms and what I was signing.

I would like to say that direct movers llc is a good moving company they offered me to come into the office to even have coffee, who does that anymore? they were there every time i calld and made things easier for me on my move which is a headace and stressful
