Worse company

This company will lie to get you to book. Once they have your stuff they will store it in a warehouse instead of deliver it to you. The entire team has terrible customer service. The manager is combative and argumentative. They talk back to you and treat their clients with zero respect. I was told my move was going to be a direct move when I booked with Joy. After they took my stuff they told me the move wasn't direct and now my stuff has been sitting at their warehouse in florida for over 2 weeks,including a Harley Davidson motorcycle.
