DO. NOT. HIRE.

Please read this review before you hire these people. It will be a very long review but if you value your money you’ll read. They show up and before they start they said I need $800 as a deposit. Then I told the drivers yk what my bad I apologize it isn't your fault who do I call,so I called the owner of the company who's number is the one listed on google. He said yeah it's a 800 deposit and I said no no,you told me it's a $150 deposit a week ago and $115 per hour. He said nope I never said that,it's $800 deposit and $125 per hour and I said actually you did say that since you already took the $150 deposit. Then he said the 150 was to ensure the card was active and the 800 is to ensure I have funds to cover the move. I told him I have the funds and I'm not gonna agree to a $800 deposit when that's not what was initially informed to be during the first convo and during the first convo I asked him for a full breakdown of all charges,and then he says well we don't have to disclose to you the 800 to begin with and I'm like actually yeah actually you do. You're offering a service and you have to tell me what you're charging me. I was like this isn't one of those "hidden fees" things because $800 is a big hidden fee. Then he's like listen we're not reinventing the wheel it's just a deposit and I was like alright bro watch your mouth and he's like wym and I'm like don't be a *]}€ you need to watch your mouth and you need to understand the frustration bc you didn't tell me this to begin with and he says again he didn't have to say anything regarding it and if I don't wanna pay it then they'll leave and I told him that I’ll find another moving company.

Worst experience, not recommended at ...

On 14 th feb’2022, we called them to get estimate for moving and asked them what will be their lowest quote. They replied as “Why would we go low, do you want us to get out the of business?” Is this a way to talk to customers? Worst customer support I have seen in my life. ZERO professionalism.Very bad experience, not recommended at all.

Avoid this company

This company is terrible. Unprofessional,rude,lazy and damaged a lot of our things. I hope whoever reads this avoids this company at all costs!

Best Movers In Tucson!

I had to move my parents from their home in Tucson to San Diego. The movers showed up and packed everything for us. Me or my wife didn't have to lift a thing, they handled everything and put everything back together. They were very understanding and waited till my parents told them what to do and how they wanted everything. i was very impressed and will highly recommend them

Didn't show up on moving day

The TV worked just before they moved me, didn't work after. The owner(?)/receptionist, David, brushed me off and lied over and over. He said: "the guys don't know what happened, so how do we know we broke it?" The move didn't happen on the prearranged day because one of his workers "was in the emergency room sick from Chipotle" (huh?). Clearly another lie. The guys worked sloooowly... Cost me a fortune to move out of a 3 bedroom apartment! $1700 including the broken tv. I could have paid friends in pizza to do a better job.

I had called to request for the quote. Manager on the phone was very arrogant and rude. When asked for flexible dates he replied with sarcasm. Please choose any other provider then these rude people.

Manager over the phone was very rude. When asked about flexible moving date he mocked and gave a sarcastic answers. That ancounter gave me a glimpse of what will happen if I had hired this mover. Please do not hire this type of service provider who has no respect for customers.

Everything was done nicely and I would ...

Everything about it was great. They showed up when they were supposed to, they picked up my storage key and they picked up everything. Items that were very secured they packed it up and everything was nice and secure in their truck and they unloaded it at my apartment and everything was just nice and very good for me. Compared to other companies the price was very reasonable. The staff and the crew members were very professional. They delivered my things on time the day that they promised me. If I know anybody who needed movers, I would definitely recommend them.

Excellent Job

Hello Eden, Jim, Steve and Dave did an excellent job of moving our furniture and effects. It was a pleasure to watch them work as a team and to observe people who truly knew what they were doing.our delivery was exactly as arranged, nothing is missing and nothing is damaged.Congratulations to you and your employees. We have moved at least 15 times in our married life and this was by far the best move we have ever had.

Exceeded All Of Our Expectations

Thank you EZ Move!!! I moved with this guys in December and they did a magnificant job, They are professional and polite. If somebody is looking for a professional mover don't hesitate to call them. They will assist you with all the questions you have about your move. They will politely give you a moving quote the same day you call. It is worth your time to give them a call. Please if you need help with your move they are the number one that I would recommed to you. These movers would do the right job from beggining to end. My husband and I recently contracted with EZ Move through his company to move us from Phoenix to Vail. From the start of this move all the way until the last piece was unloaded EZ Move exceeded all of our expectations.

They Were Efficient And Careful

I had another moving company lined up for a Sunday move in which I could only move that day... The other company confused my appointment and was unable to come through last minute. I called E-Z Move and within the hour they were there to help me move last minute on a Sunday. They were efficient and careful with my possessions. That type of customer service is rare here in Tucson. All of my things were moved into my new home within a few hours without hassle.

They Were Professional, Polite and ...

These guys came in ready to go, loaded up, drove away and unloaded at the new place. They were in motion the entire time but took care with my things, especially the breakables & antiques that I worry about. They didn't take any breaks, no chit-chatting, no calls/texting... just came in and did the job. They were professional, polite and courteous. This was the easiest 3 hours of my move. As the person paying the bill, I really appreciated the hard work and hussle. I would recommend them to anyone. Thank you!

We Were Very Pleased

I called e-z move about a week before we moved to our new house . they showed up on time on the day of the move with the truck and all the equipment ... 3 guys showed up , very polite and efficient. everything was wrapped and handled with care. the move took less then 3 hours, we were very pleased. will recommend and use again in the future ! thank you
