They will steal your stuff
Some of the worst customer service I have ever encountered. Not only did they misquote the cost of the move but the outright stole from me. Anything that isn’t secured with a lock and key is vulnerable to theft. Some of my boxes were opened, rummaged through, then resealed. Over $1500 of personal items were missing. I received very little notice from the company and driver about the eta of my delivery, after multiple calls trying to figure out the timeframe for the delivery. A lot of the boxes and packages were roughly handled and some of my fragile items were broken. It’s already stressful enough moving across the country without having to worry about the people you hired to move your belongings stealing from you. I would never recommend this company to any one. I am looking into taking legal action. Overall horrible experience.
