HORRIBLE SERVICE

it was my worst experience with moving companies. The price just of the sudden had been changed at the day of moving from $1700 to $3054. We had no choice just to pay extra because had no time to find other movers. I professionally packed all my boxes with china sets, crystal and collectibles, there were no chance of breaking it during moving, but all my stuff arrived broken into small pieces , everything was broken, it seems that boxes were just threw in the truck randomly. I also packed all my clothes in Ikea bags which are made with heavy duty material and it is impossible to rip it apart, all bags came out ripped into pieces, I lost a lot of clothes. Just want to mention that 3 of my boxes were lost, never got them. The manager called himself Dima said that I was cheap that refused their packing for an additional price that's why as per his words" I've got what I paid for". So that means that I paid $3000 plus $300 tips to receive all broken dishes, china sets and crystal, and ripped bags with cloths? This company is a scam, never deal with them! Read more

Wonderful Experience

We used East Coast Van Lines for our most recent move, they were absolutely wonderful. They wrapped our furniture in blankets and then shrink wrap. They treat your furniture like theirs, so carefully. The guys we had seem to really enjoy their jobs , joked an had fun while working. The owner will set you up with exactly what you need. All the things arrived in perfect condition and loaded well. They were very good at communicating with me and asking where I needed things to go.
