Outstanding, the best service will recommend to all my friends If anybody has ever moved, you know finding a reliable, honest company is a very hard thing to do. I spoke with several companies. Their phone reps were pushy and seemed to just want to collect payment and rush on to the next caller. My rep at was the total opposite. He was patient and walked me through the entire process. He wanted to be sure that we covered everything so there were no surprises come moving day. Would highly recommend them if you want someone friendly!

I called Economic moving groupon the same day I needed them & they were more than happy to help. We got Bobby & Tom and they were great. They moved our upstairs 2 bedroom condo to another upstairs 2 bedroom condo. Bobby & Tom worked hard for 5 hours straight in the heat. They never took a break or complained about anything. The best of all, none of our belongings were damage. They were quick & efficient, yet still treated our belongings like they were theirs. I would definitely hire them again.

When I called, Ben answered the phone with a friendly and professional greeting. I asked if he had any availability to move my small office and he quickly scheduled the move for two hours out, which really surprised me because everyone else I had called gave me a wait time of at least a week. This was the first thing that impressed me about Economic moving group Movers. The Move: Ben arrived with a truck and a fellow mover named Tom. They were delightful people and did an impeccable job with my furniture; not a scratch. They worked fast, and their prices were affordable (cheaper than many other places). I actually felt they did more work than the value of what they were asking, so I was more than happy to give them a tip. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Economic moving groupto my friends, and I would definitely call on them again.

I called Economic moving groupfor a single item to be moved upstairs at my house. The item was very heavy and a very awkward shape. I was given a fair quote and they came over the next day! My husband was already driving a moving truck from out of state when we finally decided to go ahead and hire movers to help unload the truck. We ran into issues with HOA and the moving truck so we had to find people that would do it the same day and in the evening when he would arrive. I knew It was going to be difficult to find movers last minute, but to find evening help would take a miracle. Thank goodness Ben called me back after leaving a message. He was just real calm and had a "no worries, we'll be there" kind of attitude. After scheduling the appointment my stress was lifted off my shoulders. They really helped us out. Happy with Service

I am very please with my moving experience with economic moving group. The rep I spoke with was very knowledgeable about the whole process of my move and informed me of what to expect. I received a call from dispatch two days before my move to tell me the time the movers would be to my residence. The movers that showed up called an hour before arrival. They were very professional and helpful. They would not let me help with anything. My overall experience was delightful and would recommend economic to family and friends

Horrible Customer Service

I worked with a sales rep at the beginning of May to receive an estimate for my move, planned for the beginning of June. I was in the process of doing price comparisons, and shared that with the sales rep who stated that while he could not hold that price for me, if I would just place the $680 deposit that day, it would be eligible for a full refund should I decide to cancel within three days prior to the move date and go with another company. The competing company with which I had been working called me a couple times in the following weeks to review and confirm all my details, add and remove items from my moving list, and ensure I had no questions or concerns. Due to the exemplary customer service, I decided to move forward with that company as the price estimates between that company and Economic were almost exactly the same. I reviewed the cancellation policy on my estimate contract with Economic Moving Group, and sent an email to the designated address nearly 2 weeks prior to my scheduled move date. Fast forward 2 weeks, multiple phone calls, multiple emails, and being sent to several various voicemail boxes-- I have yet to receive confirmation from anyone that my $680 deposit will be refunded despite that being the only reason I agreed to place the deposit (to hold the price estimate) in the first place. When I did finally get someone named Chris on the line 4 days prior to the move, he was agitated that I was going with a different company and stated that they were being put in a bind because the truck was already in route to my house. When I explained that I'd sent the cancellation email per the contract 2 weeks in advance, he asked me to re-forward the email to the same address and he would "see if he could work something out". He stated he would call me back by the end of the day to take care of everything, and I never heard back from him. I have called him and multiple other lines this morning with no success. I have worked with a couple different moving companies in the past, but this is by far the worst experience I have ever had. If you are looking for a company and experience to lessen the stress of a long-distance move, do not look to Economic Moving Group.

Happy with my choice

I went online and filed out a form for a quote on my move and wound up getting bombarded with calls. After getting 5 or 6 quotes I felt comfortable with the economic. They weren't the cheapest but they explained everything to me In depth and I'm happy with choice. I would recommend them to my friends and family.

Great Service

After speaking with 3 or 4 companies I choose economic moving group because they explained to me the whole process of the move. I called in with questions and they were quick to respond and come up with an answer. The move was short notice and they made it happen. I signed the paperwork and 2 days later they were there as promised. Can't thank them enough for getting me out of the jam i was in. Very happy with the service.

Cubic foot estimate BY law must be binding. Only weight can be estimated. They caught a fish and reeled me in.

moving made easy

Economic Movers have great costumer service and they are so generous with their clients, in my example i was moving from California to Oregon, since i planned my move three months ahead i got $175 off my quote for booking in advance, i had spoke with 3 or 4 other company and nether of them offer me any discounts nether they were willing to negotiate prices with me. with that $175 i used it for boxes and other accessories i had to purchase for my move and i even had left over money to tip the movers $40 each.

A good family friend referred me to Economic Movers, by far the best moving experience i ever had, i have had moved 5 times in the past 12 years and i have always got a deal through a broker, it was always a mess and i found my self consistently dealing with terrible companies,there was always an issue, an over charge or things missing, thanks to these guys they changed my whole perspective about moving. they showed up on time, they had the right tools and since i wasn’t dealing with a broker that is only worried about his commission i was able to ask questions and i get updates through out the whole process, i highly recommend everyone to hire this guys.

convenient

These guys are convenient. i had to move last minute because my job transfer me from New Jersey to Colorado , with only one week to move out of state and find a new house just wasn’t enough time, i was so stressed after contacting a couple moving companies but no one seemed to have a solution for me. i needed a company to store my furniture until i figured out my housing situation in Colorado. Thanks to Economic Movers i was able to store all my furniture in one of their local warehouse here in New Jersey for about 3 weeks, they came two days later before i left town and pick up all my stuff, that gave me enough time to establish my self in colorado, you have no idea how clutch this was for me.

Moving has never been so easy, well at least for me. all i had to do was arrive to my location and tell them where to place my stuff, these guys were extremely fast, organize and responsible, they were very careful with my items and for that i give them five stars.

Economic Movers are hands down the most organized and reliable moving company in the game, during my moving experience they had misplaced one of my items, thanks to their label system they were able to locate my item and ship it to me within 3 business days, how awesome!.

great movers

I recently moved this past month and I’m not going to lie, finding a company that took their time to discuss prices with me was fairly hard. i spoke with 4 different companies before i got in contact with Economic Movers, they all seemed to be worried about getting a hold of my credit card instead of answering my questions, i felt very rushed every phone call i got. in the other hand when i got in contact with Economic Movers they took their time to speak to me for over 45 minutes, i know it sounds ridiculous but i wanted to make sure i understood everything that was going on, this was my first time moving to another state and i have a lot of furniture to worry about. the best part about my moving experience with them was that at my destination they pretty much took care of all my furniture arrangements, they even assemble my king size bed and all, for me this was a relieve since i am a single moth.

awesome experience

Even though moving sucks, this guys made my moving experience pleasant. i moved from North Carolina to New York, this guys were fast! after scheduling my Date they kept contact with me and even reminded me 3 days before of my moving date, not to mention they are fast and organized. they showed up at my house 15 minutes late but made up for it with how fast they loaded their truck, and they also went 30 minutes out of their way so i can pick up some extra boxes i had at my parents house, and they didn’t even charge me extra. the drop off was sweet as well since they put everything in place for me and my fiancé, i have moved several times before and in my opinion unpacking is the most annoying part. but thanks to them we only had to organize our boxes with personal belongings, we couldn’t be more happy and relieved. next time i move anywhere I will make sure to hire these guys once again.

truly exceptional

Their name says it all Economic movers have the best deals and discounts in the market, i was able to move my 3 bedroom apartment for under two thousands dollars! and its not like i was moving around the corner, i moved from Boston Massachusetts to a small town in Missouri called Independence. They also advised me to buy my own boxes and furniture covers so i can same a few bucks.

Great movers, they work fast and generously they quoted me at five hours, but thanks to an extra employee they had assigned to my job, my move was cut down to just three and a half hours

highly recommended

I highly recommend these mover, i was moving from Union City NJ to Ft.lauderdale FL, lucky for me they have their main head quarters in NJ and also a couple locations in south florida, so i was able to get a huge discount on this move since the rout was convenient for them.
