The experience was good but the truck ...
It was a good moving experience. The only problem that I had was the truck moved slow. It didn't move more than 20 mph. They were charging me by the hour. So I had three spots to make and the truck was only going 20 mph. I kept asking if there was something wrong with the truck? Was stuff falling over? Why are you driving so slowly? They kept telling me that the truck didn't go more than 20 mph. I thought that was a little strange. So I thought it could have been done faster.

They were on time and they emailed me and had a list of what I wanted moved (because it wasn't a real big list) and had us check it off as we got it moved into the truck. Economy Moving and Storage did a great job on our move. The team was professional and VERY careful -- no damage to either house, and the minor damage to a few personal items was obviously the result of packing errors on my part. They cheerfully accommodated scheduling around two closings, and, when there was a miscommunications about delivery arrangements, went the extra mile and sent a six-man team to get the unloading done before dark, incidentally saving me money in the process. I've moved a lot, and this team was the best.

There were a lot of great things about this moving company. Their rates were very good and the pricing was reasonable compared to other companies. Although the first day of the move wasn't as good as the second day because the movers were a little bit slower in the afternoon, I still rate this move as very good overall.

I was so Happy with the service!
Moving with Economy was a great choice. I moved from a large 5 Bedroom home with a lot of very expensive furniture. I was pleased to see that every piece of furniture was professionally pad-wrapped and protected. My expensive leather sectional was pad-wrapped and wrapped in plastic. They protected my floors and even padded up my doorjams. Everything taken apart was put back together and they placed every item exactly where I had asked them. These guys do a fantastic job!
