It was a bad experience.

I wouldn't say it was excellent. I asked the lady if they had their own moving truck or if they were a broker and she said no, they are the company that deals with it but I ended up having someone else come over to actually do the move. Then there as a communication gap--I kept communicating to the lady that I would be out of country for so and so dates so my move should be scheduled for a specific date which did not happen. The actual moving company was pretty rude when I tried to call them to ask what was going on.

Economy Van Lines did a great job with my move. Their price was the best in comparison to other moving companies in the town. I had an agreement with the salesman at this company. From the first time I talked to him, I knew I chose the good company. I moved from CT to FL. The service was great. I had an excellent treatment as well. The moving crew arrived right on time and brought all the necessary equipment. The guys did not waste any time. They packed all my things and took a great care of them. Everything took much less than I thought and it was really smooth. These guys were really kind and nice. I really enjoyed having business with them. I thought that the move was going to be a headache, but everything was so good. Excellent job guys! I would like to recommend this company to everyone.

Great from start to finish

I can't say enough good things about this company and the wonderful job they did. We moved from California to Texas and they made the task of moving less of a headache. The crew arrived on time and packed our things with great care. They were professional, well groomed and polite, not like some of past companies that I have used. Professional all the way

After doing thorough research online, I decided to hire Economy Van Lines. I read so many great reviews about them. I am glad I hired them because their movers did a great job, the move was so smooth and I was really satisfied with these guys. They put all my things in the boxes, loaded them in their truck and took a great care of them. Nothing got broken or damaged. I had a collection of antiquities, very valuable and precious to me. I was afraid that some of the pieces might get lost, but everything was fine. On the moving day, the guys arrived earlier in the morning. They were young, friendly and energetic. While working, they only had two breaks of ten minutes. They were really hard working. The price was low, there were no extra charges and the service was great. Thank you guys for treating me so nicely! If I need to move to a different place, I will definitely ask for your amazing service!

Better than any other previous moving

I want to thank Economy Van Lines for all their help when I moved from Maryland to California. I never thought that I will overcome my fear of hiring a relocation company, especially since the last time I moved when the movers were not careful and broke my antiques. But the movers from Economy Van Lines were extremely careful and friendly. Keeping track calls made my move trouble free as well for they have an awesome customer service. Complete service for a reasonable price

The movers from Economy Van Lines took care of my move from Illinois to Delaware this past weekend. I move a lot for work and usually the company handles it but this time I had to. It's not easy trusting a stranger with your most prized possessions. The sales representative I booked the move with was great. He was honest about all the charges and gave me the real price of the move. In the end I paid exactly what he said I would. I recently used Economy Van Lines to move my parents to Florida. They provided excellent service from beginning to end. You hear so many horror stories with moving companies and I have to say I was very skeptical. Economy Van Lines proved me wrong. Their initial estimate was accurate and they did just as their sales person had promised. Their teams were professional and courteous. One of the difficult things about choosing a mover is that it’s a company you won't use regularly but one which you need to depend. Economy Van Lines is a highly professional moving company!! They really helped me a lot with my move. We moved from Georgia to Nevada. I am extremely pleased with this company; they really know what they are doing. The people who handled my job were very hard-working, efficient and careful, also friendly. I had a lot of weight to move, and a good distance to move it at both ends, and I was amazed at how quickly they got the job done. This also made the price a very good deal. If I had to do it over again, I would have them handle more of the packing because they are so efficient.

Classy and professonal

Recently, I've worked with Economy Van Lines when my sister was moving from Texas to California, and she wanted to hire a moving company to move her furniture. She asked me if I would just oversee the process because she was too busy to deal with it (I didn't have to lift a finger, so I was fine). I've never used a moving company myself before, and I've always been a little iffy about them, but luckily the guys that helped with this move were really cool. They knew what they were doing, and were very careful yet fairly quick at the same time. If I ever needed to hire a moving company for my own move, I would give Economy Van Lines first priority just based on that experience.

This company was recommended by a relative, who simply adored them. I was moving to a bigger house, and I'm not much of a fan for moving. Thank goodness for Economy Van Lines. Highly Professional Moving Company

I am someone who doesn't usually review services like this, but in this case, I just had to make an exception- Economy Van Lines deserve to be recognized for their work. Moving from NC to IL was my first "big" move, and I didn't really know what to expect. These guys were incredibly professional and clearly good at what they do- not at all the kind of gruff muscle men you'd think movers would be. One guy even chatted with me about the places to check out in IL. Friendly, timely, and efficient, and not a single scratch on anything I own. It was like someone took the stress of moving out of my hands and just took care of business. Plus, the price was super reasonable. If I ever have to move again, I'll be giving them another call.

I like that John took the initiative in some tasks and didn't need constant instruction or supervision. The work we did was only a drop in the bucket compared to what needs to be accomplished, so I'm definitely re-hiring

Our Move To Nevada

While there was some furniture that ended up being a little beaten up they sent me a claim form to rectify the situation and I do feel I got the satisfactory service I was looking for. The workers were professional and friendly even despite the difficult U-shaped stairwell they had to maneuver while leaving the home. All things considered, I think they did a really good job.

Relocating

They wrapped and moved my furniture in a more careful manner than warranted for stuff from Ikea. I had a extra large appliance that I was moving as well, and they were totally cool with that. I had to pay a bit extra for the appliances and a piano that I have, but it was less expensive than what I paid in my last three moves.

Apartment to house finally!

We were satisfied with our moving from VA. I bought a house on the west coast in AZ thank god. I have been living in my apartment for years now and I can finally get outta here. These movers handled my move very well and placed all the furniture and boxes in the proper places when they came to delivery. Thank you so much for all your help.

The movers that took care of me were different on both ends, but they were very polite and careful. Me and my mom are not very organized, but they gave us tips and helped us organize a little bit too. i really appriciate the help they gave us even the extra tips were great. thanks alot and good luck with your company.

These guys are great

These guys are great. They move quickly, wrap everything really well with blankets. They provide wardrobe boxes, bins, plastic wrap, tools, floor coverings etc. one problem though The movers that came for our move got lost on their way. I was on the phone with them constantly directing. We worked it out in the end

Finally all done

My moving went pretty stress free from start to finish. Julie provided me with a good price and i made the reservation. The day they showed up with too few men–only two not the three agreed upon–so the actual move took hours longer than it should have. They packed everything to my liking and I paid slightly extra than quoted but that was expected. I received my delivery finally 3 days ago and I just finished unpacking. I am glad I chose Economy van lines.

Overview of my most recent move

Everything was wrapped carefully. The move was done in a timely manner. We appreciated the red carpet which protected our floors. Everything at pickup was hassle free, but then they came with a very large truck on delivery. It didnt fit so they charge me $350 extra which I paid, but it took me off guard. If I ever need to move again, I would consider using their services again.
