Bottom line up front: DO NOT USE. If you care for your belongings use a company like Atlas, Mayflower, or United Van Lines, or rend a truck and do it yourself. If you want to take a risk and gamble with ELI Relocation expect a low bid followed by an up charge after you book your move with them. Then expect your belongings to be poorly packed and damage when you receive them. Read more if you want a more complete account of our experience. 1) ELI Relocation provided a competitive bid for our move (it was not the cheapest) and we chose them based upon the professionalism of the sales person. However, once the deposit was made to book our move the honeymoon was over. Dealing with the operations staff was nothing but a hassle. Communication was poor to non-existent at times. 2) They said they would show up at our house to start the move on a specific date, so we coordinate to have family available to be there as my wife an I already had to move to our new location. They did not show up on the date they said; however, they did show up the following day. 3) They arrived with a truck that was too small for our belongings, and to make matters worse the "head mover" came in to say that we understated the volume of our belongings (even though I sent them pictures of everything we own room by room to attempt to avoid such problems while coordinating with the sales person) and he increased the cost of the move by about $2000. Oh and as I mentioned...the truck was too small, so my drum set, our patio furniture, and some planter pots we wanted to keep did not make it. 4) They learned their lesson from previous complaints as the semi that arrived at our house did not have volume markings on the inside of the trailer and the movers started unpacking quickly so there was no way to determine the actual volume of our belongings. 5) The moving service description included climate controlled storage; however, an office chair mat was completely distorted from being rolled and crushed while being stored in hot temperatures. Also, a large candle we own had completely melted in the jar and re-solidified sideways at some point during the move. This could have happened in a non-climate controlled moving truck, but it is worth pointing out that use of the term "climate controlled" is somewhat misleading. 6) We paid for "white glove" service for our 1928 baby grand piano. Which is supposed to include disassembly, packing, and reassembly. Well I guess it really means they build a cheap wooden base to strap it to with no padding around it because when it arrived there was a nice 2 to 3 foot scratch along the back side and the movers (subcontracted to the lowest bidder) stated they would not put the piano back together at our new location. I called ELI Relocation and they offered $250 to "fix the problem"; however, when I went back in the piano room the movers were putting

Horrible Services

DON'T USE THEM!!!!! I had so many valuable items stolen, including Antler Sheds and Dishware worth a lot of money. What did show up at the new house was broken and so busted up, as though they were tossing my household items around like a basketball. When I called to try to get some help with my missing items, either they put me off or just didn't bother to answer the phone... When I filed the claim for all the damaged goods and lost items that I believe they stole, (I only put in for a fraction of what they destroyed), the claim dept came back offering me $72.00.. Insulting to say the least, since they damaged and stole thousands of dollars worth of household goods. I could have sold all of my household goods and bought new when I arrived for what this company charged me, stole from me and damaged... DON'T USE Them if you care about any of your household goods... This company should not be in business!!!!!!

so much STOLEN

Horrible experience with them. Huge plastic storage bin of Lego "missing. Worth hundreds. Also all my watches, jewelry and perfume....GONE. And some sentimental letters and pics from family... GONE The claim wouldn't even come close to covering value. Also we had to keep sending "other peoples" boxes back onto truck. Movers could care less who's things they give you or take.

My moving experience with Eli relocation moving was priceless. This company made everything possible for me. I hired them for the full service while I was moving from Phoenix, AZ to Little Rock, AR. They arrived on time, packed and loaded everything with great care and ease and delivered all my belongings in one piece and within the given time. Very honest moving company

It’s me a great deal of joy being able to write this review for Eli relocation moving since this company handled my move perfectly. Their quote was as good as any other top moving company. But their movers provided great value for my money unlike other movers. They were excellently trained and very skilled. I got the proof when all my belongings were delivered without any damages. There were no surprises in the final bill and I couldn’t be any happier.

Effortless move

Eli relocation moving made my move so easy and simple. It was so easy getting a quote from them. The number was quite low! I wondered how the actual move would go. But fortunately the crew I got was very experienced and professional. They took only 2.5 hours to finishing packing and loading everything. They delivered my belongings on time and in great condition. The final matched the quote perfectly. I am just so happy thinking how effortless this move truly was.

It was a pleasure

Eli relocation moving turned all my relocation headaches into pure bliss! Their quote was unbeatable, the movers were unbelievable and the move went absolutely perfectly. What more could I possibly have asked for? I have to make a special mention for the foreman Adam, who was just a superman. He directed his men so well and carried my big furniture so efficiently. I asked the crew to be extra careful with my china collection and they were just that. Even the final fill was fair. I am just blown away by this company.

Moving is now fun too

The best things about this company are their movers. I have hired them 3 times now and worked with 3 different crews. Each crew was very capable for this job. They took amazing care of my belongings each time. After moving my stuffs 3 times they still haven’t broken even a glass! I don’t know where such efficiency comes from. I’m going to relocate again soon and I know just the people to hire!

I'm not satisfied with them at all

I'm not satisfied with them at all. I still did not get my stuff. They keep dragging their feet. I heard a lot of stuff online about these things. I did not think it would happen to me and it did happen to me. First of all, they gave me a quote online. When they came to the house they gave me a totally different quote, much higher quote and of course, they were there - I was kind of forced to do it because it was the moving day and the truck was there. From $1200 to $2300 they went up.

Redefining relocation

Relocation, either you end up with broken stuffs or you get things way after the deadline or you pay a damn high amount you never expect. Trust me; this was the definition of relocation for me. Eli relocation moving is the company that changed it as a whole and converted to a very comfortable one. It didn’t give me anything broken, it was done with my job within the deadline and as they didn’t take extra time it didn’t incur any added amount. This was all about Eli relocation moving. Now you judge them and tell. For me this was the redefining of moving.

Helpful people

Eli relocation moving helped a lot more than I expected. Along with providing me a picture perfect relocation, they were very responsive with my family members as well. That helped for me to move peacefully. They also helped me to set up my new place. This was the time I thought to write this about them. Helpful indeed.

Worst Relocation company

Please STAY OUT of this company . They will steal your valuable items. They have stolen my Suitcase , my jewelry , Kitchen item. Please are bunch of uneducated worker. There is a guy "ADAM". He is so notorious and has no respect for customer . They will not respond to your query after you book your shipment. Driver had delivered my items in night and was very arrogant. he didn't allow me to check the items before landing. I had no options as I needed my stuffs soon so I allowed him to land all of my stuffs. when I stared counting the items ,couple of items were missing . Driver was least bothered and was in hurry . I had a Horrible experience and my loss is unimaginable since I lost my precious jewelry.

A+ service

Adam and the 2 other guys made moving mid-week a breeze! They worked very efficiently and were able to take care of all our things in one afternoon (I am talking about the packing and loading). It also doesn't hurt that they were very friendly, professional and went out of their way to help open and move things around as needed. Definitely recommend Eli relocation moving!

Nothing is difficult for them

We were delighted with eli relocation moving from start to finish they were very friendly, helpful and got the job done within the allocated time despite unforeseen difficulties (the bed and sofa were too large that it wasn’t possible to get it out through the door) - they managed the job well and solved the problem by dismantling the bed and the sofa, wrapped everything very wisely and loaded the truck in systematic way. In the other end they also spent some time to assemble the dismantled furniture and placed all our possessions inside our new house - all within the time promised and with good humor. Thanks a lot!

Spot on

This is the first time I am reviewing a moving company because of their excellent service and very affordable price. Moving from Phoenix to Miami was quite a task for us. But fortunately we hired Eli relocation moving and the made our task quite easy. They were very fast, accurate, in control of every single maneuver and made sure nothing comes up to spoil the event. Flawless

This was by far the best and smoothest moves I've ever had in the past 10 years and I have moved 6 times in that time frame. The customer service was outstanding and called/emailed to confirm the appointment and even followed up with me after the move to ensure that our move went well. Eli relocation moving should be the first choice for any kind of moves. I have to relocate very frequently and that is why I used many movers but I never got a perfect move until I used this company. Really glad we went with Eli relocation moving. I had no idea about moving companies and just found them by chance when searching the web for a moving company. On the big day, Joe and his 3 assistants couldn't have been more pleasant, enthusiastic, and helpful, really could not be faulted. I contracted with Eli relocation moving to move from AZ to OR. They came in, did a full pack, and delivered my items in 3 days!!! I paid exactly what they said on the quote which was the most important to me, since my job gave me a relocation budget. The staff was friendly and professional and so were the movers. Happy with everything

Moving to another state with the family (with the kids and pets) and lots of valuables and delicate art works was quite a task. I had to hire a reliable company. My friend recommended Eli relocation moving to me. I called them and talked with the sales rep Spring. Later that day, their outside estimator arrived in my house for an onsite estimate. The estimate was precise and detailed. The asking price was reasonable and they were willing to move me at my preferred date. So, I booked Eli relocation moving for the complete solution. Four days later Adam showed up with his team on time, packed and loaded everything nicely and delivered within the deadline. They arrived in Little Rock, AR without any single broken or damaged stuff and made sure the cost stays within the estimated amount. I did it!!!

I used Eli Relocation for my move to Bethany, OR about a month back. I was SO terrified to move myself but had spent weeks looking at prices for u-haul and PODS and other options.. When I took the plunge to ask for quotes for a full service mover i was expecting outrageous prices. Instead I got some pretty good deals and had a tough choice between some smaller companies and larger more known companies. After speaking to the rep at Eli Relocation I felt very comfortable with the price and the process and decided to go with them, plus i got a free 30 day storage which was perfect since I needed to look at apartments in Bethany. The team got to my house, very courteous and professional and started packing up my stuff. I had an additional fee for packing, which I didnt understand at first but i had some glass tops from my coffee table and end table. I didnt do the packing myself so they used their materials to wrap my things. They made sure the glass didnt break and packed everything into the truck tightly. I had already packed up my car with other items and after a cup of coffee I braced myself for the long drive ahead of me the next morning. I arrived in Oregon safe and sound found a place and set up a delivery. I guess dispatch coordinated my shipment with others heading my way and my stuff was here in about a week!! They called me throughout the entire move! I expected some issues but to my surprise everything went smoothly. I do have a couple of scratches on one of my cabinets, but it is moving after-all. It was quite the journey but I sure appreciate Eli Relocation's help, I could NOT have done it without them! Thanks guys! Will defiantly use you again!
