The movers secured my imported furniture with sturdy straps in the moving trucks. Plus, after delivery, they also carried them into my apartment on the 2nd floor. I was pleased to see that they arrived unscratched!

They managed to fit my oversized couch into the moving truck and unload it without a single scratch on the frame.

DESTROYED TABLE, POOR MANAGER SERVICE

The move was going fine until I looked at my dining room table the same day of the move, after the movers had left. The one side of the table top is completely scraped as if it was DRAGGED OR SLID ON CONCRETE. There are also large visible scrapes on the legs that stand in the center of the table. Not sure how those marks could have happened. The table was not shrink wrapped throughout the duration of the move. I didn't think anything of it until after they brought it in and I started to unpack things on my table. I understand furniture takes normal wear and tear. My table is two years old and had a few nicks and scratches but nothing to this magnitude! The worst part about this is the LACK OF FOLLOW UP AND CONCERN by the MANAGER, JOHNNY, who I've tried to speak with on multiple occasions about my table. I get the run around about how he will send the crew to look at my table. I ask when and he says he will get back to me.... but never does. This has happened 4 times in the last two weeks. Clearly the movers are not going to admit to destroying the table themselves, but the lack of concern by this company's manager for his customer's satisfaction is extremely poor. Perhaps he should properly train his crews to properly handle furniture! I will never recommend this company to anyone moving, and I intend to warn apartment communities who referred this mover to me about the poor service and follow up I received.
