Entourage Moving System moved me from CT to TX....the estimate was very reasonable and the move was smooth...the guys came on time and did a great job. All my items were delivered on time and nothing was damaged or lost. Kudos! to the office staff who kept in touch with me through out my move and made sure I was satisfied with everything. DEFINETLY RECOMMEND

Its better late than never, we moved about a year ago with these guys to MA. They made our lives so easy. At first we were starting to pack with the regular home depot boxes but then again they're cheap for a reason, they suggested that those boxes will collapse at times so we had to pay for extra materials like boxes, they did a full packing service. And I'm glad we did that because its a huge difference between the professional boxes and the home depot "moving boxes". The only thing that broke was our garbage can which it was handled and recompensed.. Overall they were great, THEY MET our time frame as well. Definitely recommend. Read more

Awful, dishonest. NIGHTMARE!

WORST COMPANY EVER. Super long story short: they took almost a solid MONTH to deliver (we were quoted 7-14 business days, sales person we dealt with, Kelly, kept reassuring us it would take about a week at the most). It was an absolute nightmare to deal with this company. We were lied to so many times I lost count. The emails I exchanged with them included the most horrific spelling and grammar I have ever seen. We were quoted one price initially and when they actually arrived to pack our things, our bill more than doubled. We were quoted $1300 initially and after our items were on the truck they told use we would have to pay $3000. We provided many pictures in order to get an accurate estimate, none of which were used. When we asked why, our contact admitted she was out sick and did not check the pictures as closely as she should have. When our items were actually delivered, lots of things were broken. (FYI, their insurance covers .60 per pound - seriously?) We purchased additional insurance as well but that was also a joke and a complete waste of money. We were not given any paperwork when our items were delivered. Oh, and the first item they brought into our new apartment WAS NOT OURS. Super scary. PLUS we are still missing things - including a brand new Xbox 360 and Wii U. They are "still looking" for these items but I would be super surprised at this point if they "found" them. Assuming at this point they were stolen and we'll never see them again. And the moving company that actually delivered our items was not Entourage. They did not inform us in the beginning they were a broker. They were supposed to set things up upon delivery but they only thing they helped set up was the bed. I had to do everything else. Super shady and dishonest moving company, start to finish. Avoid at all costs. I find it shocking anyone had a good experience with this company. We were under the impression our items would be transported on a truck (our sales rep told us the truck "broke" and that is why our items were delayed so severely). When a different moving company showed up to deliver our items, we were told they were transported by train across the country. In the end we did receive a call from the "owner" of the company and we were given a discount but it is not nearly enough given the circumstances and the absolute nightmare we went through because of them. Shame on us for not doing our homework ahead of time. If we had, we would have been better prepared to deal with this company. We were way too trusting and thought they would have been at least partly honest with us. A few more things to note: they should have included a delivery date on the bill of lading, but they did not. They Are Not Licensed Ship Your Stuff

They are not actually a legitimate company. They are not licensed to ship residential materials across state lines. I know this because I had to call Arizona Weights and measures on them. 3 of 4 of my movers were arrested on site. I normally don't trust truly low scores on reviews, because every company has bad experiences and customers who overreact. I am not one of those people. This was a fiasco. They went so far out of their way to screw me I cannot express it to you. They charged me for 850 cu ft and then an additional 420 cu ft upon pickup because they said I went over. They are operating illegally. Do not go with any company who does not come to your house and base their estimate on what is actually in your home. No matter how cheap they are. If you want cheap rent a Penske truck. They kept telling me they would deliver soon and ended up being over a week late. I told them I didn't feel that the amount of cubic feet was correct. Kelly, from Entourage, told me she would go inspect it. She said that her movers were correct that we went over our cubic ft. I went to Arizona Department of Weights and Measures to have them inspect the load on delivery. (this is a free service in your state, so take advantage of it) After the movers were arrested because they were illegals, (i didn't feel great about that part) I had to unload the remainder of the truck. Me and the Weights and Measures guy checked it out and instead of 1200 cubic ft, I had only taken up 550 cubic feet! According to weights Entourage moving system will likely be audited. They tried to cheat me out of more than $1,800. They are so dishonest it's inconceivable. TERRIBLE - Poor Communication and ...

PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY - HORRIBLE. 1. They came late on the day of pick up. 2. They charged 1,000 USD extra compared to the estimate. That too after loading the items they charged me 1,000 USD and then they threatened me that they will put back my items if i don't pay ( I already paid 600 USD as advance). As I had no alternative I paid extra money. 3. Finally at the destination they decide their own delivery date without my consent. As I requested is it possible to delivery on day later (note this was request, I did not change the date). They said they will call me up again and confirm. They call back saying that they will deliver it next day and charged me 600 USD. When I said it is just a request, I did not confirm anything. For that there is no reply and they just decided on my behalf. 4. Based on their experience, I took leave at office and waited for them exactly based on the date and time given by them. (Worried if they will recharge me for something else). 5. It is more than 7 hours and till now they did not turn up. When I call them up, they are picking the phone and disconnecting. The ladies working at the office are quiet rude and intimidating. They lady asked me if there is truck repair, will you pay for it. 6. After that when I call, they are picking it up and disconnecting. I sent 4-5 mails and I did not get any reply. Once again I reiterate, please do not select this company. Best Movers Ever

I was scared to move I have been living in the same home for about 15 yrs but I lost my job and I had to relocate for my new job. I put my information on a web site and go 10 calls from a bunch of different sales people telling me about their companies. Well if moving is not hard enough, but anyways I was so upset with all the calls I got and then my phone rang again if not another moving company but this time it was a pleasent voice on the other side but i was already upset with all the calls i got so i kindly told her to please just remove me from the list and she said that she will but to please be aware of some companies that are brokers so then she got my attention what is a broker i asked and she explained to me people that set up your move and then hand it off to another company. So now she has my attention so I spoke with her and told her everything that I was taking and she gave me a price and then offered to send one of her people to my house to see my belongins because she wanted to make sure my price was correct. I was surprised because she told me that, no one else told me to have one of they people to come to see my stuff. Well just so you know I did have them come to my house and she gave me the price of 4000.00 and her worker that came gave me the price of 4300 that was great. I will always tell all my family and friends they are actually moving my daughter and son next week to florida.. So please call them and let them do your move because they are great.. Avoid Entourage Moving!!!

Entourage Moving arrived at my apartment to pick up furniture and personal items for a move. The company was over an hour late, parked in an area where they received a ticket (which they made me pay for) and asked to be paid double the estimated amount detailed in the signed contract. Once they left my apartment in Manhattan to deliver my items to Chicago, they did not clean up the mess they crated and their staff was abrasive to the point I had to call security. They later admitted they acted unprofessionally and offered me a $500 discount which i accepted, but this discount was minimal relative to the increase in price from the original contracted estimate. Upon arrival in Chicago, multiple personal items and furniture was missing. I contacted the company, and no one who could address these operational issues would speak with me. I believe the company stole my merchandise and acted outside the terms of the original contract. Subsequently, after threatening litigation, the company happened to find all of the missing items that they "lost", and i am still waiting for these items to be delivered (after the contracted delivery date). I am very disappointed in their service and I believe the company is fraudulent. I hope that no other consumers have to go though what I experienced. Read more

At the start I was a bit disappointed as the customer service of this company kept postponing my move. Finally, when the move commenced, my doubts were laid to rest. The movers were efficient and completed the tasks in a reasonable amount of time. The delivery of goods was also done on time.
