Move Never Happened
Driver was negligent, had an accident while on cell phone and we lost pretty much everything. Movers will pay nothing now after a year of fighting with them. Terrible service. DO NOT USE THIS MOVING COMPANY. They used to be West Coast Movers...don't be fooled.

Worst moving company don't use them
I moved from WA to NV and my quote I receive was no where near the original price. They quoted me for 400 cubic feet and the final was 680 cubic feet. Tt was like another $900 extra. On delivery, all my plates, glasses, coffee cup were broken nothing could be salvage. My dining chair was broken. My triple drawer dressers is broken does not stand up right. My sofa bed looks wet and has water stains, it was brand new. Seveb of my boxes are missing and my Cal King Mattress, which I paid $3000, is missing and box springs. I called customer service like 20 times before someone answered, I had to hang up and keep calling back. They broke my computer desk to the point it no longer usable. I movers seemed to know stuff was missing because he tried to bring someone else's bed to my delivery. When I told him that's not my bed he was not even shock, he just look at me like he already knew. Overall it was a very expensive move and my bed was the most expensive of all, I'm not even going to get a replacement for it with the $.60 cents/lbs insurance they have. I would never use them again ever and no one should go through the heartache and pain I went through. Beware!!!!!!!! They are the poorest moving company around.

WORST COMPANY EVER IN ANY CATEGORY
I have moved about every three years most of my life, and this was by far the worst experience in any dealing with any company ever.%0d%0a%0d%0aLet's start with Sales - We were specifically looking for a mover that would load our belongings on ONE truck, and not unload that truck until it got to our destination. We also made sure to tell sales that it had ot be a smaller truck, becuase we were moving into an apt where anything large wouldn't fit (we also noted that on teh contrcat during pick up). That was what was promised by our sales rep. Just as our loaders were finishing, they mentioned they were driving to Vegas and were taking that truck elsewhere for another pickup. By this time our house was packed, and I had a new job to get to four states away.%0d%0a%0d%0aThen Customer Service - We called CS the day fo our move to verify that our belongings were not getting off the truck.. The woman in CS "promised" us that our stuff would not leave teh truck%0d%0a%0d%0aNote - Under the promise that our belongings would not move, we did not opt for the higher level of insurance.%0d%0a%0d%0aOnce they had half of their money and all our belongings they drove off. After a couple days we called to inquire about the status of our move. We went four days of email, texting, and calling to every dept and phone number we had, no one answered the phone. We were minutes away from filing a police report in case the company had just folded up and disappeared when we got a text with the status that confirmed that our belongings had been unloaded, and was going to be loaded onto an 18 wheeler, which we reminded them wouldnt fit in our complex.%0d%0a%0d%0aAfter two weeks we were given our 24 hour notice of delivery. Two guys show up at 4pm in an 18 wheeler, and decide they can not fit in the complex and need to rent a uhaul to shuttle the belongings from the 18 wheeler into the complex, which I told them 8 hours before wouldn't fit. By 4:30 the uhauls had closed, so we had to wait til the next day. (side note: our air mattress sprung a leak the night before, we asked them if the could give us the box springs and mattress, which were accessible and visible from back of the truck, but teh drivers balked becasue they weren't allowed to give us anything until we paid in full, not even a bed to sleep on)%0d%0a%0d%0a65% of our belongings were damaged. Every piece of furniture (book cases, wardrobes, couch, chairs etc) was damaged. Most boxes were damaged, the only things to survive unscathed were clothes, sheets and towels. We even had a box disappear, when we called Cust Service they said "oh, we will check, sometimes our movers forget a box or two in the warehouse when they are transferring loads", we never did hear back from them.%0d%0a%0d%0aBased on their promise to not unload our belongings until destination I took lower insurance, had I known they would have transferred it, A) I would have called another mover or B) I would have gotten better insurance,

Avoid this company!
This is the 4th moving company I have used in 10 years. This experience is not common, all other companies have performed much better. Save yourself the headache and use someone, anyone else. While there are some positive reviews posted elsewhere, I would not risk the potential hassle this company offers.%0d%0aBrief summary of issues follows:%0d%0a%0d%0a- Move was schedule 3 weeks in advance. Missed pickup by full 24 hours, zero notification. They confirmed pickup both 1 day before, and 1 hour before (by our calling them, not them reaching out to us), only to miss the pickup window completely. Notified us they weren't going to make it 15 minutes AFTER missing window.%0d%0a- Pickup reschedule was not a priority. Was not given at time of late initial notification, was not given the next morning, finally confirmed 3 hours before pickup, a full 24 hours later. Caused us to wait around for almost 2 full days for them.%0d%0a- Told verbatim, our move was "not a priority, based on size" [1 bedroom apt] after making down payment, when trying to reschedule from their failed first pickup. Unacceptable customer service approach.%0d%0a- Various items were damaged during loading. Items marked "fragile" or "this end up" were ignored and put in sideways or on the bottom. If you make the mistake of chosing this company, get full insurance!%0d%0a- Attempts to contact company after goods picked up all allegedly have to be handled by customer service. Customer service is non-existant. CS does not answer direct calls. Waited over 1 week for a response to daily phone calls/emails because did not know status of move. Other reviews (Yelp, FB, Google+, BBB, Yellow Pages) all post the same thing - it is true. Initially did not call/email them daily, but this seems to be the only way to get any response.%0d%0a- Despite CS lack of response, and others in company acknowledging this, no one else seems to be able to help. In our case, a constant run-around when calling company to get any updates on status for 3 mysterious weeks. Regardless of call reason, they always refer you to Customer Service after they have your items. %0d%0a- Customer service reluctant to call on phone, regardless of nature or urgency or your request. Email is the preferred method of contact, despite the situation. %0d%0a- Move price raised by nearly $200 (12+%) after pickup, after being assured this was a high end estimate. %0d%0a- Fraud: company posts an innaccurate BBB rating on their website. A- posted on website, B posted on BBB.%0d%0a- Driver said move should take 7 - 10 days (unclear if he meant business or regular), but we're currently looking at a business day 18 delivery at best (to their credit, within their contract of 30 business days). This seems consistant with their "say one thing, do another" approach.%0d%0a- Compensation was offered for lack of communication

We were charged $2300 more because the ...
They ultimately looked at everything via Skype and they said that that provides an accurate estimate, so they saw all of our items, they had all of the measurements ... And they gave us a quote of $3500 and then ultimately what happened was, when the movers arrived on pick up day, that quote went from $3500 to $5800 plus. ...The people, the movers who showed up, the foreman said, "We had no idea that you had a garage and you had all these things in the garage." ... They didn't list the items because my husband had a lot of gym items ... They just put down "gym" as one item and then went ahead and charged us per item. ...They didn't include that in the estimate at all when two of the representatives saw that.

Just don't do it!!!!
Do not use these people under any circumstances. They were days late in their promised pickup time. They moved my furniture from Redondo Beach to a Las Vegas warehouse instead of to Bonita Springs FL. They then demanded $800.00 additional to the $1500.00 I already paid to complete the move. This was a one bedroom apartment and the move cost me $2400.00. They had no good explanation why it was going to be so much more.. I had no choice but to pay the extra money as there was no other way to get my belongings. I have read on Google that others have had this experience.%0d%0aWhen the furniture finally arrived it was days later than promised and I was in Europe. I had to fight with the driver who tried to extort more money from me by saying he couldn't get the truck close to my condo. I knew this to be untrue since I have moved in and out of this condo before.%0d%0aThey basically threw my belongings into my condo and did not set up the furniture as was promised, instead, asking $200.00 cash from my neighbor to do the setup.%0d%0aThey destroyed a desk and nightstand in the process and "lost" my surround sound bar. They offered me through arbitration $200.00 total. I refused because they cost me a work day to set everything up myself and replacement of the lost and broken items was going to be at Least $1,000.00. Had I accepted this offer I would not have been able to warn others of the outrage this company perpetrated on me.

Do Not use this company! After talking with the owner on a few occasions I wrote this letter below and we spoke again, he asked me to give him until Monday to reply. Well that was almost a month ago, did not call me and won't return my calls or emails. Micheal,Now that we finally have our belongings, I would like to discuss the move with you and see were we on before I do anything else. I will give you a few quick highlights: We choose your company for two reasons, price and timing. We were promised a 7 to 10 day window, in writing. Please note we knew it was a holiday prior to committing to the time frame and the cars made it her within the time frame. The move was supposed to be on Friday the 19th, your crew showed up at 5pm on the 19th. They took one look at the work order and stated that this load should have been the first load and not the second of the day and that there was no way they would be able to do the load that day. They worked for a few hours and returned the next day to complete the job, we finished around 2 or 3 pm. On the 19th we had to stay at a local hotel as all the beds were already taken apart. So we started off a day late, which delayed our trip and as we were driving we were a day late in getting into NC and did not arrive until Christmas eve. After the holidays we called your office and were told our move was on its way and that we would get a call on Sunday to update us as to when we would receive the truck. I did not receive, so I called and was informed at that the truck had left that morning as it was waiting for a shipment to New York which was running late. When I called on Monday I was told that the load still had not left but that it would that day. The reason we wanted the move to be completed in the 7 to 10 windows was due to the fact we were getting married on the first with a few family and friends and as we were cooking (crazy to cook your own wedding but its what we do) my smoker and items I needed were on the truck. We borrowed some items and purchased the others that we needed. Anyway on New Years eve I found out the truck had still not left, but was assured it would. On Saturday the 3rd, when I called I found out the truck had still not left! They said it would leave that day and I would have the stuff on Wednesday or Thursday, well we finally got our stuff on Sunday after being told every day that it would be there the following day. Please note upon delivery, no inventory was taken by your driver, we have no idea if all of our stuff is here and due to the fact that some went into storage it might be some time before we find out. There seems to be one rug missing and some damaged items (how do we proceed on the damaged items?). They broke a lot
They had good price, they had good customer service all of that, and they broke a lot. They busted my TV like the stuffing on the inside, it's like an insulation, is coming out but they totally busted my TV. They busted a desk in so many pieces that the delivery guys actually threw it in the trash for me, I asked them to. They busted an irreplaceable picture frame, I can not find another one like it and it came as a set with other ones. So basically it sucks because then it won't match. They busted my TV cabinet in several pieces. My boxes, thank god I packed so well and wrapped everything bubble wrap and used popcorn, because my boxes were smashed and torn up. I am not kidding you. It wasn't the guys that loaded my stuff up and it wasn't the guys that unloaded them, it was the other guys in between. They moved it from one truck to another. They said they took the small truck that they picked my stuff up in to a warehouse and then transferred it all to a semi in the warehouse. It was the warehouse guys. You have no idea the boxes were so completely smashed. They did quote me beforehand and then they tried to nickel and dime me. I found out some things from other movers before they came, they said did they tell you there's gonna be an extra charge for this and an extra charge for that. Then I called them back and they said oh yea there's this there's that and then I'm like oh great. So I agreed to it it was all fine, that all worked out. Then they tried to overcharge me on my invoice. I kept getting emails before I found out the estimate, I kept getting new estimates from them. I got 4 different estimates and I couldn't figure out why and so then they fixed it and lowered the whole price to make up for it.

Everything was great except for the ...
Everything was great except for the fact that we didn't receive all of our items. Some of the things I've been going to look for, I cannot find boxes and one was also a bulk item, a $400 office chair. To be honest one of my jewelry boxes was destroyed and the jewelry fell out. Two of necklaces were gone, the boxes that they were in were completely open and the necklaces were out of it. Our Lg soundbar to our TV was completely scratched. When we gave it to them it was brand new we only had it like 2 weeks prior to that, and it has a huge deep scratch. When we gave it to them they said they were gonna wrap it, it was wrapped up in a towel like a beach towel. They ended up giving us a 10% discount in top of the final price on account of my husband being military. It was like $200 less than what they had originally quoted us.

It wasn't a great experience
It wasn't a great experience. All of my stuff was late. It took them three weeks to get my stuff from one place to another. On top of that, I missed my flower vase. I didn't realize it at the time that they were missing my flower vase. Third was my dresser and my TV stand, they were broken.

She (the salesperson) was misleading. As my husband was reading about the company, he read that they charge extra for steps, and she didn't mention that. She didn't mention that they charge an elevator fee. Everything should be out on the table, out front.

It was real good, my stuff is in storage at the moment, so they'll have a couple months to send my stuff out. The girl I worked with, Brittany, she was really good. They wrapped all my stuff with blankets and shrinkwrap. I would recommend them!

Very unprofessional
The people that came to pick up the stuff they were pretty rude initially. They loaded everything up and the estimate was very off. They broke a lot of stuff, like glassware, and I lost my PlayStation 3 which they comfortably forgot to mark. I talked to them and I told them, "hey is it gonna be safe, my PS3?" I pointed at the box and it was in a packaged box, but that was missing when I got the delivery. The people who delivered everything were also very unprofessional. They ruined the carpet, scratched the wall, and I had to argue till they finally put everything there. They were very hasty during the move but overall I'm not satisfied.

My move to Pennsylvania
Well it wasn't easy i tell you that! I didn't like this move one bit! that was 4 months of headache and total mess in my life. That's why it is important for me to choose the right moving company. Executive moving from Las Vegas Nevada where the right choice for me 100%! they really deserve a good review and a recommendation for me, so here it is: The pickup at Las Vegas was excellent, boys where on time and they worked hard to load the truck and get on the way to storage (By the way i gut 30 days free storage with these guys). then i moved to Scranton to prepare the house there then I called them for the unloading of my things. They arrived on the agreed time and date to unload the truck. 4 hours later they have finished unloading. All my items where in good conditions and there was no damage to the house, the furniture or my boxes. i thank the boys at executive moving and will recommend them to anyone that is about to move.

moving to Austin TX
Just moved from Salt Lake City to Austin. The move went fine and I have no complains. The guys worked hard for 7 hours strait packing and loading our stuff to the truck. nothing was broken and all went fine. The delivery was 8 days later when they transport our stuff from storage down to Austin. We got everything back it was nice and organized. They used a color coded system to tell which box goes to which room so downloading was a bit faster. they were late both for pickup and delivery but apart from that all was 100%

the Williamses are moving to Florida ...
I had a big move of a 4 bedroom house to the east coast. I did some research and decided to go with a full service move. The move was too big for me to do on my own. I have checked with a rental truck companies and with fright companies to hire a container which I will load and they will move. Renting a truck and do the whole thing by myself, didn't pay off at the end after calculating the expenses I will have doing it all by myself and the risks hard labor and time. The difference came to about 300 dollars and was not worth it. I negotiate with six long distance moving companies from Las Vegas that had a BBB ranked and checked the reviews. I was left at the end with 2 companies that took down the price for us - executive moving and storage and another company which my wife checked. Basically both where good rated looked ok so we went for executive who gave us a slightly cheaper quote (Thanks to Eugene their sales representative) and added free packing for our TV and one month of free storage. The move itself went OK considering the movers had really a lot of stuff to load. They have left behind 3 boxes from the basement and we had a misunderstanding about the hour of pickup but apart from that it was A OK again considering the size of that move, and the fact I didn't have to sweat for it or break my back. My wife took the kids to the park for the day and I stayed to supervise the movers. The loading was about 3 -4 hours and went without nicks and scratch, I could see they did it hundred times before and where pretty geared up for it as well as very skilled. Thank god I didn't have to do it. It took us about 2 weeks to settle down at our new home in Florida than the movers came with our stuff from storage. The unloading was swift. They have color-coded our boxes so it was easy to tell which room they go to. We took another good 4 weeks until we have unpacked all the boxes finally but thats a different story. All and all it was ok like I have said I give them an A for price per value, a B for service and A for performance. In total 4 stars

I ended up paying $400 more
It was OK, but I ended up paying $400 more. While dropping off the stuff, my apartment was on the third floor so that led to 200 extra dollars. Initially, while loading the truck--after they loaded the truck, only then did they tell me that is was more than estimated. I think as per the rules, they are supposed to give the estimate before even loading the truck. Still, I think I ended up paying like 200 more while loading the truck.

It was okay... showed up late
It was okay, the salesperson I spoke to I liked a great deal, they were really helpful, the only problem I had was they were a day late in showing up... when they got to my house the next day, they were really polite but I didn't get any financial breaks for having the inconvenience.... it was a little bit frustrating because they didn't say well can we make it up to you, can we take a hundred dollars off.... but they were very nice people I would use them again and I would recommend them, they just need to be more in contact with the customer

Worst moving experience ever!!
You will be really sorry ,Price will go much higher, If you use there storage facility beware We had numerous boxes come up missing.we had alot of damaged items, Showed up 1 week later than stated arrival time . Only had 2 people to unload they ,put ad out on craigslist for more workers. The whole moving ordeal was a TOTAL disaster PLEASE AVOID. We are senior citizens moving back to be near family and this really did not make it easy. We are missing numerous boxes, had alot of damaged items. please avoid at any cost

Executive moving
Executive moving are a good company, they helped us move our things to LA and were very professional. We took the special packing package so they did everything and it been a pleasure because we didn't have to actually do anything. the truck got to Los Angeles after 3 days which was what we expected and the communications were good. stress free move.

Lied about the delivery date and were ...
I wasn't totally satisfied. First of all, there were several things they never told me from the beginning, which I was not okay with as it put me between a rock and a hard place. When I first said I would use them they told me a figure for how much it would be and so I went ahead with that and I was supposed to pay a deposit right away, which was fine. But when it came time for the movers to pick it up, there were several things that I was not aware of that definitely threw me off. One in particular was that I had to sign a contract saying that my things would be delivered within a time frame of no longer than 30 days. I wouldn't have signed the paperwork if they told me that it would be there within 30 days instead of a couple of days after they picked it up, so that was not clear. It was not fair and I didn't appreciate it, but that was the day I was moving so I couldn't change the date or find someone else because I was driving to North Carolina that day. So that was ridiculous, but I had no choice. Another thing was that when they dropped off my things in NC, I had to pay cash. There were little things that should have been made clear before I signed up for this type of thing. The people that picked up my things from storage in Arizona were telling me all these things that I was not okay with and the other people were saying that they should have told me this information. I don't know if they were just trying to get a sale or what, but they should have told me. Those little details are very helpful when making these type of plans. I asked specifically to get my things moved on a specific date, and I kept getting calls back saying they couldn't do it on that date. Well if I'm the customer and I ask you on Day 1 that I need it on this day, why would you call back and say you can't do it? That's the reason why I went with you in the first place because you said you could do it on this day. It was very disorganized and I won't work with them again because of this reason. I did get my things though and nothing was damaged, so I did appreciate that, but the journey to get to that point was ridiculous. If I was told about all of these things in advance, it wouldn't be such a big deal. I'm not one to complain so if they just told me what was going to happen upfront, I would have been okay with it, instead of waiting until the last minute when I couldn't do much about it. They should just explain exactly what's going to happen and let me know so I can plan for it.

Surprisingly good!
Moved with them to NY, guys were a bit late maybe an hour or so but they informed us and its understandable. loaded our stuff and for some bizarre reason we had less space than we were quoted for, we gave the info for our items based on a home visit from one of the bigger companies out there but obviously they took a large margin and therefore we paid less based on the actual space we used, so that's a nice surprise. we got our things in good shape, two boxes were kind of banged up but no damage. Overall a good company.

I would not recommend this company to ...
They broke an antique hutch, an antique rocking chair, they broke a rooster, and a whole bunch of other stuff. I'm planning on writing a fierce letter to the Better Business Bureau and the head of the company. And plus, they also stole my bench and my bunnies from my front yard. They damaged a whole bunch of other stuff.
