Not a great experience
I didn't have a great experience with this company. I tried to get a accurate quote so I explained the size of my furniture but when they can to load the truck it ended up cost an additional $500. The driver of the truck had a very thick accent which made phone conversations with him very difficult. When you as him to repeat something, instead of trying to speak more clearly, he just yells which makes it that much more difficult to understand. Also, even though the paperwork/quote provided said they accepted personal checks, the truth is they do NOT. They hound you for CASH. It's super annoying because who wants to carry around $1500 in cash? There were only 2 movers, the driver and some day labor guy they hired. Because there was only 2 of them it took forever and I felt bad so ended up helping....only no one paid me. The whole thing was ridiculous. I'd never use them again.

THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER PLEASE DONT ...
THEY WERE SWEETHEARTS WHEN THEY BOOKED ME MOVE. CONTACTED ME REGULARLY. WHEN THEY RECEIVED MY DEPOSIT, THEY WERE NOWHERE TO BE FOUND. MY STUFF WAS SUPPOSED TO BE DELIVERED ON THE 29TH TO THE CUSTOMER IT WAS DELIVERED ON OCT 7TH. WHEN THEY CAME TO MY HOUSE 11PM THE FIRST THING THE MOVERS SAID THAT IT WAS MORE MONEY BECAUSE OF THE AMOUNT OF STUFF. THE MOVER HAD AN OUTDATED QUOTE AND NOT EVEN THE NEW ONE. IT DIDN'T MATTER, NOW HE SAID THAT THEY WOULD HAVE TO PACK SOME OF THE STUFF IN BOXES. THIS WAS $200 EXTRA. I SHOWED HIM THE BILL AND HE SAID IT DOESN'T MATTER. THEY WOULDN'T TAKE THE FURNITURE UNLESS THEY WERE PAID. I CALLED THE GIRL AMY ,WHO BOOKED THIS MOVE AND SHE DID NOTHING. THEY FURNITURE ARRIVED AT THE CLIENT AND THE MOVERS WOULD NOT TAKE ANYTHING OFF THE TRUCK UNLESS THEY RECEIVED THE REST OF THE MONEY. THE CLIENT PAID AND RECEIVED THE FURNITURE. 30% OF THE EXPENSIVE FURNITURE WAS BROKEN. THERE WAS NOTHING THAT THEY COULD DO. I CALLED THE GIRL AMY AGAIN AT THE MOVING COMPANY AND TOLD HER ABOUT THE SITUATION. SHE SAID EMAIL HER THE PICTURES AND SHE WOULD FILE THE CLAIM IT WOULD TAKE ABOUT THREE DAYS TO GET AN ANSWER. WHEN I CALLED HER AFTER 3 DAYS, SHE WASN'T AROUND. I ASKED TO SPEAK TO A SUPERVISOR AND SHE EXPLAINED TO ME THAT I HAD TO FILE A CLAIM WITH ANTHEM MANAGEMENT . I AM IN THE PROCESS OF DOING THIS AND IT TAKES UP TO 120 DAYS. I WAS MISLEAD , BY THIS COMPANY AND WILL FOLLOWUP WITH THE PROPER AUTHORITIES SO THEY DON'T RIP OFF OTHER PEOPLE.

Great Move
I had these guys move my 3 bedroom apartment. They gave me a decent price with a discount. The customer service person i spoke with went over the move in detail. It took 2 days longer than I expected but they did give me free storage for 3 weeks. All my stuff got here fine except an ikea wood table. I shouldve asked them to take it apart - they took everything else apart for free. I saved a lot going with them. I'd use them again.

Never use them again
This Company is just scam. They very polite when offering service for you, but as soon as you have problem they just ignore you completely. They missed hardware from my dinning table and admit it in receipt, but all my attempts contact them failed. They just not pick the phone or promise call you back, but never do. Never, never use them again and strongly recommend to everybody stay away from this Company.

Worst people to deal with
My bed came broken in pieces.After many attemps to solve the issue,finally I got the phone number of the insurance, I paid for it at the moment they picked my stuff..I sent all the info and they sent all my documents back saying they do not work on claims for Experienced moving anymore.Since then,I have been calling and leaving messages for Chealsey,the manager,and she not even answer me back and I got no refund for my broken stuff...What did I paid a insurance for???

The only negative thing is that they delivered my shipment one day later than the designated day. Apart from that everything was good and the way they did the packing was fantastic. The guys were professional and friendly. They were very polite and made my move a smooth one. I would recommend them to my friends and family.

Worst move I've ever had
It was a bad experience and ended up costing me twice the amount they quoted. On the moving day they showed up with a small truck and not enough people. I carried boxes along with them so that we could complete it faster. It was the worst move I have ever had.

Not at all an experienced move
I ended up paying more than what was quoted. The delivery was done in two days. My wife lost a designer bag that is worth over $2,000 and I lost an iPhone during packing. We are trying to get the insurance to cover the cost of the losses.

NIGHTMARE
FROM THE PICK UP TO THE DELIVERY OF MY MOVE NOTHING WENT AS PLANNED. THEY WERE RUDE, UNORGANIZED, AND HAD NO IDEA WHERE MY STUFF WAS OR WHEN IT MAY BE DELIVERED. WHEN MY STUFF WAS DELIVERED NUMROUS ITEMS WERE MISSING (WHICH THE MOVERS FOUND FUNNY) AND OTHER ITEMS WERE BROKEN OR DAMAGED!! I COULD NEVER GET AHOLD OF ANYONE, LEAVING MESSAGES PROVED TO BE USELESS SINCE THEY NOT ONCE CALLED ME BACK. TO THIS DAY I HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANY CALLS THAT MY STUFF WAS LOADED AND BEING DELIVERED. I WAS CALLED AT 9PM THE NIGHT BEFORE DELIVERY BY THE DRIVER TELLING ME HE WOULD BE THERE AT 7AM. GOOD THING IT WAS THE WEEKEND AND I DID NOT HAVE WORK THE FOLLOWING DAY.

Experienced??
They provided an accurate estimate, and their sales department was easy to deal with. This is what I'd expect though. The crew that showed up to my apartment to pack the truck and move used rolls upon rolls of tape and wasted it. I'm still pulling tape off of furniture and other items they moved. They refused to move two mirrors (you'd figure that they could protect them with moving blankets... and maybe a little MORE tape and pack them safely in the truck). This resulted in having to drive back 3 hours the following weekend and spending my time and effort to move them. They broke my wood futon frame while trying to disassemble it, packed it and moved it, but never put it back together after delivering it (this was part of the quoted price). They broke the leg of a small wood night stand as well as scraped a few items. They tried to repair the nightstand because I called attention to the fact that it was broken. I didn't find out about the futon until after they left and did not assemble it. After realizing the time I would have to waste to get a dime out of this company (after talking to the customer service a few times), I gave up. Don't waste your time or money on Experienced. I would not use Movers.com again, I would call a major company like Allied direct. After putting in my info on Movers.com I got hundreds of emails and calls which, for the most part, wasted my time. My time is valuable and movers.com wasted it with all the emails and calls I received.
