Worst experience ever
The quote for services was drastically higher than what we were quoted on the phone. The movers were unprofessional. I actually called the owners of the company and asked them if they were drug tested because they just weren't right. I am a local real estate agent in my city. So I deal with a lot of movers and it was the worst experience that I have ever had with my client. I spoke with one of their managers. He seemed really offended rather than trying to make it better. For future customers I can say they are just not professional. They just weren't very professional.

Absolutely worst moving experience
It was the absolute worst and most disgusting and unprofessional moving experience I ever had in my life. I am in the process of trying to edit a 12-page complaint letter to the general manager of the company. On the day of the move - I could only schedule the elevator in the new building from 2 to 4 pm, for two hours. The movers were scheduled to show up at 10:00 am 10:30 at the latest. I explained to them I do not have an automobile that I had to schedule disability transportation service through the public transportation and I had to schedule it a day before and they have a 30-minute window for picking me up and I had to be ready at that time. If I cancelled then I am on their clock and will be waiting there from one to four hours to get the bus come back and pick me up. Anyway they call me at 9-30 saying - one of the guys whoever was incharge of the crew said we are leaving the yard. We should be there in 30 minutes or so. I said great. I had about two hours of packing to do which could have worked out because by the time they got the boxes loaded, everything else would be ready to go. Ten minutes later I get a call saying, the truck broke down on the highway, we don't know what is the status is. We will call you when we know we got a substitute or repaired. I don't know and the next day it is supposed to snow. That day is 50 degrees. I am moving into a brand new apartment never lived it before, all new construction, new carpet and everything. Oh God I don't want to move when it is snowing and wet. I am sitting there, 10'O'clock I haven't heard anything. 10-30 I haven't heard anything. My ride is supposed to be here to pick me up at 12-15 to 12-45 and finally at 11:20 I call their scheduling department and asked what is going on, has the move going to come of or not. I haven't heard back from these guys. The guys said don't know and put me on hold. Next thing I know the crew had calling me and he is like ten or fifteen minutes out from my place. Says we are on the way. They used GPS and fly right past my place. I am standing out there. It took 20 minutes to come back while all they had to do was go two blocks and make a left turn and turn around and come back. They have all this paperwork - contract saying that we are not responsible for damage to any press board furniture and that is 85 percent of my furniture. It feels like they gave a free will to throw and destroy any furniture I had. They totally destroyed my computer desk.

Good services but the pricing was high
It was a local move and the movers have done a fairly good job. They were efficient and careful. They protected the flooring and were cautious while moving heavy furniture, so as not to scratch the walls. Although I am disappointed with their way of pricing, as they originally quoted one price while I ended up paying more than that.

Very bad moving experience
I had a very bad experience with this moving company. The initial estimate is very low, and they charged me extra after seeing my stuff. There was no response from the company when I did call to complain. They were very reckless. I would never use this company again, and I would make sure that my neighbors would never use them.

A highly satisfying service
I chose this company after a lot of research about various moving companies and despite their bad reviews, their service is fairly good as I have no complaints about it. The crew was very professional, friendly and very hardworking. The initial estimate quote is different from the end quote as I ended up having to move more stuff. I would not think twice about choosing them again in the future.

We did not had a good move
The movers were late on moving day and even at the time of packing they were not so fast. The guys were fine, but the company was not at all professional. Being late, they charged me more for their delay. I was not at all pleased with their service.

They were four hours late and charged me $200 extra than what they quoted me. I had to pay the extra amount otherwise they bluntly said they wouldn't move. Some of my furniture got scratched.

Frustrating moving experience
My recent experience with this moving company was very frustrating, to say the least. I wasn't really doing a full move, but only required some help to unload the truck I was driving over from Oklahoma to Colorado. I had told the company I would be there at 5 p.m., however they called me the night after I scheduled them online that they would be there at 8 a.m. When I called back to say that I wouldn't need them until 5 p.m., they said okay. But then the next day I received at least three different calls from people in the company saying that the movers were on their way before I even arrived in Colorado. Finally, when I arrived at 5, nobody was there and I could not get in touch with anyone. Movers arrived at around 7:30.

Do NOT use!
This was by far the absolute worst customer service experience I have ever encountered. The phone lines are never answered, and when they are, the young man is most unprofessional and rude. I was never called with a scheduled time estimate, and when I tried to follow-up, no one would return my calls after repeat messages. I ended up moving on my own with a friend using his SUV, and although my friend and I had to make multiple trips, it actually took significantly less time than what I was expected to pay for with professional movers and a truck.

Changed Things Without Informing Me
They were professional and courteous on the phone during the reservation process and their rate was good for my small move. Went downhill from there. After paying my deposit it was difficult the get a receipt for what I had actually paid for - date, rate, etc... I finally got that and it matched what I had been told on the phone. The day before the move they confirmed the start time for 8-9AM. They sent me confirmation (which was also difficult to actually obtain in writing) for 8-9AM which I printed. At 9:30AM on the day of the move they were still not at my house. I called and was told that I was actually scheduled for 1-3PM. I clicked the link for the confirmation they had sent me and it STILL said 8-9AM on it (and still does now, a week later). I told them not to bother showing up. If they were going to change that without telling me, were they going to change my rate? Were they going to load the truck and not unload it without more payment? Fortunately I was able to get a more reputable moving company to get it done the same day on short notice. Moving is stressful enough without dealing with companies like this. I was able to easily get my deposit back since they did not deliver on their estimate, but that was really the only good part about dealing with this company.

Awful move experience
The Neighbors Moving and Storage once they arrived (late) at the house reviewed the project and prepared another price. We felt trapped because this was the day we had planned to move, so We agreed to the price and the crew loaded our belonging and we left about 7:00 pm. The driver had no gas card so it an hour and three places to get money from the company. Finally at 9:00 pm we left for Steamboat Springs arriving at 11:00 pm. then they said my card didn't clear and were going to leave and store our things in Denver. Finally we cleared another card and the crew unload our things by 3:00 am. I'm a disabled Veteran being treated for cancer and this really created stress and was very dissatisfied over the company's treatment.

The worst move I've ever been through
The office called me twice to sign an estimate via email and I had to call twice to tell the in never got to me. "Mike" called the day before the move, he was a jerk. He told me my 8am moving time did not appliy and the crew was going to come at 630 am or I'd have to wait until after they were done with their first job. He said 7am was the best he could do. What an Ass Hole. The crew came, look like 3 drunk 22y olds that had been partying all friday nite. I asked for 2 men and a truck, I told them I was not gonna pay for 3. the third guy was already begging for a tip.
The door of the truck was borken, they forgot their dolly. They moved like amatures. Oh, Todd told me there was an 18% fuel surcharge. I told to stick his dolly up the exhaust pipe and made him call your office to decline this our the move was off and I'd cal my laywer. They were in a hurry to get to next job. They left a pice of my entertainment furniture on the truck. I called Todd he said he was inthe middle of a job and I'd have to come get it myself. I told them If I did that I'd ask for the tip back I gave each of the three. He said they already spent it on ciggaretts and lunch. This moved sucked. I can t tell you what a lie the moving company and movers.com say when you use professionals and are honost businessmen. you owe me a refund or some compensation your organazation sucks. Nice Move; Minor Mishaps
The 3 men and their truck were suppose to arrive between 8 & 9 am. They arrived and started our move at 9:45 due to a move the day before which lasted until the early morning hours. They were very efficient and moved items from the house onto the truck very quickly despite the fact that they had been told at the warehouse that there was no shrink wrap available. (My daughter went to Lowe's and purchased shrink wrap in order to help them.) It took them approx. the expected 2 hours to load the truck. Half way from the house to the apartment the truck ran out of gas. The crew called for help but was not given any idea of how long it would take. We made a run to McDonald's for food for the crew (they gave us money) and ourselves. Once help arrived (1 1/2 hrs) they got to the apartment and made good time unloading the truck. The crew was professional and courteous and embarrassed about the truck problem. We have found some scratches and dents, but nowhere near enough to file a claim. ($750 min.) All in all I guess it was a good move, but not what I expected after 20 years of government contracted moves.

The two men from Father and Son Moving and Storage who moved me were wonderful and did a great job. They were polite and did what ever I asked of them. I would definately hire them again in the future.
