My corporation relocation services contracted with freedom movers. The moving coordinator was very professional. My last move had disaster all over it. So I was little bit nervous about the movers. They gave me a good quote that I just couldn’t resist. They were very meticulous at packing. I was completely satisfied with their service.

Last month my wife and I decided to move into our new apartment. That’s why we contacted with many moving company but as we lived in the 4th floor of our building and the building had no elevator, most of the companies told us that would charge extra amount for carrying things down from the 4th floor. Then they told us that they would charge the regular amount. So we hired them. They packed and moved everything from 4th floor to their van and relocated to our new apartment without any hesitation. I am very satisfied with their service.

I had an accident recently. I lost a leg in that accident. I live in this city with my wife. So it was very difficult for me to handle everything after my accident. At that time the construction of our new house got finished and we had to move there. I was physically disabled so it was really difficult for me to handle. That’s why I hired Freedom movers. They were really good at their work. They wrapped and moved everything in my new house without any damage. I was just sitting there and watched all the work they had done. Everything arrived in the right place and my belongings were unbroken. The team was very delightful and did not have a problem with staying late to finish the job. Last month we had to plan for a sudden move and we did not know what to do and who to hire. My wife thought we should hire some local movers and then her brother suggested going for Freedom movers. First of all, booking a time was no problem at all. I called up the number, and booked them online. It was really good to see that they could accommodate with our schedule so nicely! The foreman with his crew met my wife and me. They packed all the things up as quickly as possible. After about an hour and a half, the guys drove over to the house and started moving everything in.

As first time movers, my wife and I were really concerned about how our things would travel. But hiring Freedom movers made it all too easy. I hired them because they were inexpensive. I wasn’t expecting a lot but they treated us like royalty. They came in right on time and started packing everything. It was great seeing how creative these men were with their packing skills. They did use a lot of packing materials though. There were no issues while loading my things to the van. The delivery was made on due date and we were relieved about that. When I called Freedom Movers for a quote to move my belongings, they gave me very good price. Their men arrived right on time and started packing everything carefully. Everything was going well. But they failed to deliver all my belongings on the first scheduled date for some issue with the storage facility. I was very much taken aback and got really worried. I had to sleep on air mattresses for 2 nights. They finally delivered my belongings 2 days later. As I checked the inventory, all my belongings were there in good condition. I was happy with just that but then I saw that they have given me a discount as an apology for the late delivery. I couldn’t believe such good gesture still exists. I have no complaints for the late delivery now.
