Frisco Moving Systems

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

Frisco Moving Systems broke and damaged many of our items, horrible movers who then lied about breaking items. Packing in truck was not professional. Replacement of broken items not completed and tried not to replace or fix items. I have moved a few times and have never had worse service. The ++ is due to money and product we are out due to their negligence.

Service was okay could've been better

It was good. When they finally got here, there was a two-hour window. It was two hours later than what it was supposed to be but after they got here, they got with the program and it was taken care of. The prices were very reasonable. Packing services was very good. They just need to be little bit careful unloading. They ripped a couch just a little bit and I couldn't prove whether it was already there or not. That was the only issue.

Courteous and timely service

It was very good. I am very pleased with them. The fellows that did - did a very professional job, preparing furniture for the move. They were very courteous. It was reasonable priced. I got several calls from visiting new websites. They were right in the middle. There were couple of scratches, very little. Everything was very good. No advice. They did fine, in fact I am gonna use them again. They were courteous, timely, and responsive.

Wouldn't use them again

I would say it was kind of mix. There were quite a few bumps in the move. I mean it ended up fine but there were quite a few issues. I am moving from a house to a condo so I had some bigger furniture. They had problems getting it in and out of the house and into the condo. They almost left them outside and told me basically that call someone else to do it. We had to negotiate with them to work with us to get everything moved. I think they sent three people and they had some internal arguments during the move. One of them was quite helpful. He was actually the one who we were able to talk with us and get everything moved. The other two were just ready to leave everything outside. The estimate when they quoted me was average like every other company. They were probably in the middle range. I ended up talking with three different companies and they were middle one. I ended up going with them because the one that was lot cheaper was a bit questionable, whether they were bonded and everything. The third one that called me they were about $20 an hour more expensive so that is why I went with this company . They also quoted me - when I told them everything that I have. They quoted me about four or five hours but it ended up being a nine hour job. I probably wouldn't use them again. For their customer service, I can say that they needed to get better quotes because it was quite frustrating. They told me it would be probably four five hours to move everything. So I had planned everything around four five hours and then it was a whole day.

Average Review

They didn't do a bad job, but the guy that came out to quote the job underestimated the job. Which entailed a second load that they had to go back to get at night. And when they came back to the house we didn't find out till we went back the next day that they didn't get everything, so I had to run seven loads in my car with the things that were left behind. That is the only thing I would complain about. The prices weren't bad, but the thing is we took them really really well just to find out that they didn't get everything on the second load. I wish I had my tip back. There were 3 guys and I tip them $50 each and to find out that they didn't get everything, and some of the things I specifically told them to get when they go over and they went there and came back without them. Packing and unpacking was done up to my satisfaction. The staff members behaved good.

Not so much impressed with their ...

I would say it was adequate. We had a few hitches like I said it was adequate. I wasn't overly impressed. I wasn't upset about anything but I wasn't overly impressed. I have used another moving company that seemed lot more efficient. Price was very reasonable. The crew were very nice. They were very friendly. Packing was okay.

Exceptional customer service

The movers were great. This is our fourth move within about past 10 years. And I have used another company before (All My Sons) and they were horrible. They broke things they banged up my furniture. These guys were terrific, they wrapped everything, when they moved very carefully, no dings my doors, my walls, not my furniture nothing. They were just really really good. Oh! The pricing is why I choose them, it was great. My past mover wanted $1000 for this move and these guys only charged me $360, less than half and they were great. Absolutely, I would recommend them. I just can't say enough about them. They were great, just all of them the men I spoke with on the phone, the drivers and the guys they came, the movers they were just exceptional.

Except for a few broken dishes the ...

They were very nice. They were on time. They did well delivering all my stuff. I had a few broken dishes, but besides that everything else was great. The price was the agreed amount. I think it was reasonable. The crew were very nice people. They were on time and friendly to me. The packing was done up to my satisfaction. I don't have any advice for the customer service. They were local and they delivered as expected. Everything was good. They did what they said they would do. They were here on time and did everything as expected.

Great Move- Great Company

I appreciated Frisco Moving Systems. I recieved a call from several providers however JB called me first and I went with him. I talked with other movers but I stayed with my first caller- Frisco Moving System. The movers did a good (scratch that) the movers did an excellent job with moving my belongings. I would have rather gone with a cheaper moving company. as I had no money left over to tip the movers and none for myself. I learned moving is a tough job and do it cheaply and pay or pay for good service and company and be free of any headaches later on. Frisco quoted me a price and kept their price at the end. I just thought it would not take as long as it did. The movers did have to carry my belongings up to the 3rd floor. I do not think I could have moved myself quicker. Thanks to JB, Hillbilly and the cute young man. I would use your company again. I just hope I do not have to move any time soon!

Quick and prompt service

We were selling our house and moving to a new one. I hired them after reading a couple of good reviews and checking them out at BBB. The movers were on time and got straight down to work. They packed very well and handled everything carefully. I am satisfied with their services at both the houses. No complaints at all.

It was a perfect moving experience

We are all happy with the move. The movers were excellent and worked steadily without taking any breaks. Their time management is good. As soon as they showed up at my home, they went straight to do their job. They packed correctly, and everything got delivered safely. It has been such a perfect moving experience for me that I was praising them to the skies.

Their service was cheap, but dishonest

Their service was cheap and on time. But they broke and damaged some of our items. So, the fact that they didn't take care of my things properly made the move unpleasant for me.

Fairly good service

The friendly and skilled staff of this company made sure that I had a smooth and pleasing moving experience. They acted courteously and professionally in all phases of the move. They did not damage my stuff. I would recommend them.

Lazy movers and a bad experience

The owner of the company was very polite but the movers he sent were very lazy. The work needed two hours to complete but they stretched it for half a day and they were very rude.

I had a wonderful move, thanks to the staff and crew of this great moving company. Apart from being punctual and disciplined, they were also great on the pricing front. I have already recommended their service to someone I know and I believe that they would maintain the same standard while conducting the move as they did for me.

Movers saved the day

I was more than satisfied with this moving company and the services they provided for my recent move. The first moving company I hired canceled on me right before my move date and this company was happy to take me on short notice and they took great care of me. Their pricing was very competitive and I was very happy with the entire moving experience thanks to them.

An average move

My recent move was just an average experience. The movers managed to do the job the way it was supposed to be done and they did eveyrthing on time. However, they employed only two guys for the work of four and overbilled us. The best aspect of the move was the packing and unpacking.
