Terrible experience

On the front end everything that could have been bad was. They had dates wrong, the guys sent to our house were slower than slow. Someone got spiteful when we complained and removed a seat and stem from a bike and buried in our list was a comment, "bike with no seat". After the 10 hours it took to load a truck. NO packing, all boxes were stacked and we took half our furniture. The info sent to Bekins was wrong so our stuff wasn't picked up for a week and was scheduled to arrive after the contractual time. Awful experience

It was actually awful from the place that did my move. I called to talk to the owner and he blew me off a couple of times. Then he finally heard what I had to say and said he was going to call me back. He never did and didn't do anything for me. So I am pretty aggravated with the company that I used. They showed up for the move. I told them I was on a strict budget. I had everything ready for them. I had everything taken apart for them and it took them seven hours. I told them I only wanted them for three hours. It took them four hours to just get the stuff loaded into their truck from my house. And all I had was big appliances. They didn't have to pack anything. They didn't have to do anything. All they had to do was move my furniture and appliances. They didn't have to take apart any beds or anything. So it should have never taken seven hours. I paid so much money for it. They didn't set anything up when they brought it to my new place. So it should not have taken that long. I would like some of my money back that I spent. I tried to talk to the owner but he was not interested at all in what I had to say. I'm mad. Read more
