They sent out 4 very professional and stand-up movers who did a real fantastic job overall with my stuff. I was very impressed with their knowledge and dedication to their work. I just wanted to send you a quick email and thank you and your team for the work you did over the last two days. It was a big and difficult task involving the moving of very heavy items. We were able to finish shifting everything by 4pm yesterday which was a fantastic team effort.

Horrible to say the least.

I had the worst experience with them actually. They came to my house and the contract was signed before the moving date. When they came one of the team members came they asked me to sign more paperwork absolving them of any responsibilities if they break things or mishandle things, putting pressure on me at the last minute, I was forced to do it. ... The salesman convinced me that it was a good company. ... They were very slow, the guys that came were not professional and I had to renegotiate the price. It was not a good experience.

The arrived early and were very nice ...

They kept their word, they were on time, actually they were early for pickup and they had no problem moving the bed ... Which was very heavy. And then they delivered it and set it up in the other person's house and we were both very satisfied. They did a really good job and they were both very nice fellas.

Trustworthy and I had no problems!

They were trustworthy, they were social yet professional. They called back to make sure that everything was OK. I had a problem with a fragile piece that was hand painted but they took it upon themselves to fix it. I had no problem with them, I recommend them.

The job got done but it could have ...

The truck broke down during my move and my furniture was held on the truck overnight and they had to come the following day and they had to transfer my load from one truck into another. So it wasn't until very late the following day ... That they arrived. They made good on the delivery, they didn't charge me anymore, but also they started off with three people as contracted ... But them came with only two ... They got the job done. It wasn't done as smoothly as I would have liked.

The guys who came in did a very good job. Whatever they quoted was right on the mark. ...Overall it's a good experience. If I had to recommend [them to] someone I would do that. ...No complaints.

The men were very nice but I think ...

They did an excellent job, the men were very nice but I think they didn't send enough people. I think that was what the problem was, because it took a very long time. Besides the fact that it was more money because it took more time, but I'm not as upset about that as I am about how long it took. If they had four men instead of two men it obviously would have been the right amount of time. So I was not happy about that, but other than that I was very happy.
