Unprofessional service

I'm blown away by the unprofessionalism of the owner of this company. The owner, Brent, told me over the phone to "get a life" and to never call them again after I requested that his company perform a Saturday move for our family. He said he likes to "keep it easy" on Saturdays and refused to let his crew move our 3BD townhome on a Saturday. When I asked if he would be willing to make a concession to go above and beyond for a loyal customer (we've used them 3 times in the past) wanting to pay for his services, he rudely said "No, we don't do that." Save yourself the trouble and pay more for a different company. We will never be using this company again.

The movers were slow, I was ...

I had three guys there and they were really slow and not very efficient at all. I think it took much more time than it should have. I've used previous movers and I only had two guys, they did it in 2 1/2 hours and the previous company actually moved my piano. This company took 5 1/2 hours and they did not move my piano. I was pretty disappointed.

Fast and reliable service

My spouse got the number and we contacted them. We shortlisted them and they gave us a good quote. They are very fast. Actually that day it was snowing, they didn't see that also. It was very fast. The estimate was reasonable. One of our friends also used them last month. They were perfect.

Friendly crew quick service

They are friendly, and I received fast service. Yes absolutely, they had reasonable prices. Yes I have received all the services that I have requested. I am very satisfied with their packing services. The crew members were very nice, wonderful gentlemen. They were very polite, very attentive to my needs. I give them a A+. For future customers I can say I am very satisfied. Everything they have done is very great. I have nothing to add other than that I am very satisfied.

Thanks to good stuff moving, the two movers were helpful and knew what they were doing. They also moved quick and did not waste any time. They were careful with the furniture and the house.

It was a good moving experience. The only complaint that I have with this company is that the workers seemed to be non-stop working everyday. They work like seven days a week. And I felt that they really couldn't put force as much effort as someone else that got a little rest every once in a while. Everyone of these movers were big guys, very helpful and very strong. But I could tell that they work everyday, so they were pretty burned out. They had a good work ethic and they work all the time, but I felt that they probably could work much better if they had some days off because they seemed just to be tired. They need some more people and I am sure that they are paid overtime. I may choose them again, but only if they resolve that issue. By far they have the cheapest prices. I don’t want to say this was a bad moving experience. Overall, I am satisfied with this company as they did a good job, they didn't break anything, they were on time, did everything else right and worked hard. I am just saying that because they were over-worked they weren't able to do as good of a job as they could have.

Their work speaks for them

The movers were pleasant and careful with moving our stuff. They came through intact. The previous company that we used scratched some of our stuff. Compared to them, these guys were very careful. They were very efficient and careful. On the whole they excelled in their services and I would use them again.

Efficient, on-time and cordial staff

I recently moved within Lakeville. It was a superb moving experience. The guys were on time at both ends - pickup and delivery. They were extra careful with the packing, loading and unloading of stuff. Nothing was broken or damaged. Most of all, they were very friendly and cordial and the pricing was great too.

I have nothing but positive things to say about Good Stuff Moving. Ryan and Justin were very hard-working and did not move like they were being charged by the hour! They were very pleasant, cheerful, and calm and definitely made a stressful situation less stressful. I would not hesitate to use Good Stuff Moving again.
