Not a good experience

On the moving day when I called them they said they would not be coming on that day. My move was delayed by an entire day. One of the agreements was that, being a resident of Florida, I would get a 10 percent discount but they refused to give me that. Many of my items, especially the fragile ones, were broken.

An awful experience

The movers first gave me an estimate saying it was binding while at the end they charged more than double. They held my goods as hostage and would not allow me to pay by card, as they demanded cash only.
