Poor service.

My goods were picked up in November of 2017, and I still don't have them, or know where they are. You can only deal with one person, who is never there, or never returns your call. I have not been updated with where my goods are. its the end of April 2019, and still no word on when I will get my goods and I can not get ahold of anyone to find out. Their business practices are sordid. Do Not Use!

8 months later, we still don't have ...

In August of 2018 these guys packed our house in Nevada and took our things. They were supposed to arrive on the big island within 2 months. We are now going on 8 months and still don't have our things. There are at least two other families currently in the same position as we are. We chat about the discrepancies in the conversations we have with Michele about where our things are and when we will have them. They lie and I am afraid we will never see our things again. My family memorabilia, trophies, ribbons and awards my daughter spent years of hard work earning, pictures, gifts from family, the things my grandfather left me when he died, all of it is gone. Please do your research before you use these people. The BBB is the first place you can check. Same sort of stories there and on Google and Yelp too.

Hawaii moving and storage picked me up in New Mexico at the end of April. They arrived at my home a few hours late but was in contact with me the entire time to let me know they hit heavy traffic. They gave me a quote for $4800.00 but I ended up only paying $4000.00 because they fit everything in the truck perfectly. My items arrived at the end of May and everything arrived in the same condition I sent them away in. I also shipped my car with them and the rate was by far better than any of the other companies I was in contact with. I would use them again but I don't plan on coming back to the mainland.

I want to thanks you for this company for good service, nice people and fair charges, they pack my belonging carefully and when my belonging arrived they unpack it nice with no extra charges, when they left they took all the gerbich from the packing and left my place nice and clean, the crew help me to set my furniture in each room as I want it. I can say thank you guys it was pleasure to use your services.

This company treat me fair the price for the move was as we agree on the contract and for extra packing matirials they did not charge me extra money.
