Good job except for one tiny repair
It turned out to be good. They actually did a great job. I would give them, probably on a scale of 1-10, I would give them a 9. I ended up paying them, probably including the shipment of my car, a little over $15,000. The crew was fantastic. However, when everything was loaded up in Arizona they damaged one of my walls. They dropped one of my pieces of furniture inot the stucco wall and put a hole in it and then denied it which was comical because there was fresh stucco still falling out of the wall. I went and repaired it. They didn't give me a discount or anything, which they should have done. I would tell the future customers to get multiple quotes for different sizes of what they think they have. I ended up having 2,000 cubic feet but I didn't get a quote for 2,000 cubic feet. I got a quote for 1,500 and for 1,000. That extra 500 cubic feet ended up costing me five grand versus two grand if I would have gotten the quote for 2,000 cubic feet. I packed up my own stuff except for the wrapping of the big furniture and they did that themselves. They did a great job there. I would say virtually everything I got came unscratched including my car. There wasn't a single scratch on my car.

Very good moving experience so far, ...
It has been a very good moving experience until now, though they haven't delivered my stuff yet. It’s still on the road. But the people who have tracked it and the folks who showed up at my door for the pickup were very polite and very helpful. The price was right and they were fast and professional.
