Pleasant Experience

We hired Hercules after requesting an estimate online and were contacted by several companies. Their price was middle of the road but after checking out online reviews, we decided we would be best served by choosing their company. They didn't disappoint. The sales rep Larry was thorough, patient with all of my questions and diligent in covering all of the detail, setting good expectations on what to expect on our part. We hadn't used movers to move out of town before so there was a lot of uncertainty. The move crew of Joseph, Leo and Chris were second to none and we couldn't have asked for better movers. No furniture was damaged and they worked incredibly fast and had us on the road to Houston in no time. I can't recommend Hercules Movers enough and urge you to use this company for your move.

Quick and professional movers

We moved our home within dallas and chose this company after getting about 4 estimates. They were on time,didn't damage anything and the rate was exactly what was quoted. No surprises and strongly recommend. Will use them again.

great movers and great experience

Had a 8-10am time the movers would be there and showed up minutes after 8. Had our house loaded in just a few hours. These guys hustle and don't stop moving. It's obvious the crew they sent knew what they were doing. They did a really thorough job of wrapping everything up and had it all moved in 6 hours, which was less than what I thought it would take. Very respectful movers and super nice people in the office. They did a stand up job.

Great moving company

Hercules Movers is fantastic! Our foundation was having its annual fundraiser and required us to crates and crates of used clothes, toys and other stuff. Hercules Movers became our partner and helped us deliver the items to their respective beneficiaries. For us, Hercules was the MVP and they helped us make the annual fundraiser a success!

Very Professional

Hercules Movers and Packers have moved my mom and helped her with everything she needed to complete her move that day.The comments I got from her is that this moving company is professional, efficient and careful. They gave her accurate quotes and kept her involved with the timeline. I haven’t used their services but I have seen sing them praises and based on my observations, they are a good moving company!

Answer 1: On a scale of 1-10, I rate the crew a "1" on professionalism. I would give them a zero if that was an option. Answer 2: On a scale of 1-10, I rate the service provided to me, a "1". Answer 3: I would Never refer a friend or enemy to Hercules Movers or their associate company Best Movers. In fact, I would definitely try to discourage them from using this very poor service company. Answer 4: I would definitely Not ever use this company, again. Answer 5: I rate my overall experience with this company as Horrible. I was given an estimate quote of $290, taking 2 hours for a 3 man crew. I ended up being charged over $1100 and the crew taking over 6 hours instead of 2 hours. The crew took several breaks. One of the crewmen was very confrontational, and walked up to me, like he was going to fight me. Never, ever would I use this company again, or refer them to anyone.
