Moving is stressful enough and from the start, everything went incredibly smoothly. The three guys who came to help me unpack the truck were not only very professional but incredibly friendly. I cannot say enough good things about my experience. Highly recommend!

This was our second move using Homesafe Moving & Storage Inc. Both times the service was great. The movers were fast, courteous and careful with our belongings. The rates were by far the best we found in TX.

Improvement is the key

Home safe moving and storage was a new company when I hired them 4 years back. When I had to move again, I hired them because I wasn’t totally disappointed with them the last time. But they really surprised me this time. The movers were much more professional and efficient this time around. They pace they had while packing and loading everything just blew me away. Each and every piece of my belonging was delivered in perfect condition. They still charge very reasonable prices. I was just so glad to see how much they have improved.

Satisfactory services

All the credit goes to home safe moving and storage for being so efficient and reliable during our last move. When I called them the man on the phone went out of his way to provide me a good quote. All four movers were very strong and energetic. They didn’t waste any time while packing. Their packing skills were fantastic and they utilized the packing materials properly. They made the delivery on time as well. I took an inventory and everything was in great condition. I loved their services throughout.

Disgusting service

Their service is awful. Our stuff was much less than what we had initially quoted but still they overcharge. But the worst part is they don't deliver in the time frame mentioned. Its been 6 weeks and we haven't received our stuff yet. Please don't use this company ever!

They charged me $1,500 extra.

When we asked for the initial quotation, they gave me the quotation for $2,000. After the packers and movers came to pack up the truck, after everything was done they charged me $1,500 extra. The final bill was $3,500.

Level maintained

My expectation from Home safe moving was pretty high. Why not? I heard real good things about them. It was the time to let them prove those. And they successfully did. They relocated all my stuffs from FL to AZ. Their rep exactly knew how to convince a client and get the deal. He was quite informative and impressive. I agreed with the work order. Right after they reached my house, they created the vibe of moving. They packed all my goods very efficiently and loaded with extra care. I didn’t have to wait for the goods in my new house. It came on time. They unloaded and set everything the way I instructed. The expectation fulfilled and to some extent exceeded.

They have changed my perception

Before this move I thought that moving house is always a hassle, but I don't think it anymore! Home safe moving have changed my perception. It was all positive from getting a reasonable quote to receive all our stuff undamaged. I was impressed with their efficiency, professionalism and honesty. The friendliness they shown were amazing. Everything was well planned and we got exactly what was quoted. We didn’t have much to do and within the allocated time we are already in our new apartment taking our shoes off and planning to have a deep sleep. Highly recommended!

Nice work

My last move was a total nightmare. So this time I did my research and hired Home safe moving, I was pretty certain that this is a trust-worthy company. The whole booking process was streamlined and convenient; the guys showed up on time and worked efficiently and professionally. All the furniture and belongings were moved without a hitch, without any damage. The whole process was worry-free. Home safe moving is not the cheapest option out there, but they will be my option when I move next time. I would definitely recommend!

It was a quick move

We had an excellent experience with Pablo and his team. Our sales rep Jacob came to do the survey and gave us an attractive price for the move. The packers on the previous day came to my house with all the packing materials and did an excellent job. In the next morning the movers arrived promptly - loaded everything very quickly and started to our new house without making any delay. HIGHLY recommended

Home safe moving was amazing. They showed up on time, were extremely polite and considerate, and moved all of my stuff across town quickly but with care. They were very cautious with all of my items and made sure things were delivered to the correct room. Also broke down my bed and reassembled no problem. Also - they powered through multiple levels of stairs like nothing I have ever seen. Seriously amazing!

Nice coordination

Moving coordinator David and their crews from the company provided an excellent service throughout. David himself was very polite in all my dealings with him, from initial approach, assessment, quote etc to the move. The team was careful to protect our belongings and as well as the property into which we were moving. The price was extremely competitive and the job exceeded my expectations in terms of time taken in every aspect of the move. We receive all our belongings with no damage and breakages. You can use Home safe moving without doubt.
