Trustworthy moving companion

I was spoiled for choices when I was deciding which moving company to hire. My friend recommended Home safe moving and storage. I called them and the man on the phone seemed very friendly. He gave me a very reasonable price too. The movers showed up right on time and they were just so efficient at everything. They used a lot of packing materials to safeguard my breakables. When they delivered everything, they even unpacked and assembles all the furniture for me. It truly was the best decision to hire them.

Fierce moving company

I hired Home safe moving and storage after a recommendation I got from my best friend. They turned out to be just amazing. They took such great care of all my belongings. The movers had amazing coordination among themselves. They maintained their time schedule very efficiently. The movers were all very strong and experienced. All my valuables were moved without any damages. They did such a good job while not charging too high. I have a lot of admiration for this moving company.

They were brilliant

They helped us move from Hallandale Beach, FL to Phoenix, AZ. It really was a last minute move and I’m so glad they could find me a vacant slot. It wasn’t cheap but no moving company is. At least the movers from Home safe moving and storage knew the job well. They were punctual, strong and very reliable. The company itself prides on reliability. So I was quite assured in their hands. They packed everything neatly before putting them into the van. The van was appropriately sized for my belongings. Everything went as smoothly as it possibly could and they delivered my valuables to Arizona in great condition. I have to give a shout out to Pablo, the foreman, for his unbelievable efforts and friendliness.

Hire these folks

It sure is a long way from Hallandale Beach, FL to Atlanta, GA. But that’s the exact distance home safe moving and storage had to cover to move all my stuffs. And I have to say, they did a great job. We had to change the delivery date because our rented house wasn’t vacant then. They happily complied with our request and put our things in storage. My wife was very concerned what storage facilities would do to our valuables. Luckily, no major issues happened. A few glasses broke and one chair suffered some scratches. If any company promises you intact delivery with this long of a distance, don’t believe them. I was quite pleased with their services and would suggest others to hire them for sure.

End of July move

Having to move in the end of July is just too hectic. I was so glad that home safe moving and storage could fit me into their busy schedule to move my stuffs from Hallandale Beach, FL to Chicago, IL. The crew had already been to 2 other appointments on the moving day. I was expecting them to be worn out. But they were very energetic. They took no time in packing everything. They carried all the heavy items quite expertly. There was no sign of fatigue whatsoever. Even the delivery was made on time. Everything reached the destination in pristine condition.

Great moving company

My experience with Home safe moving and storage was great. They helped moving my belongings from FL to TX. It was easy getting a quote from them. Then they kept me in loop through emails till the moving day. The movers arrived early and packed everything very carefully. They were so fast that the whole thing took just 2 hours. The delivery was made right on schedule. I checked the inventory and everything arrived safely. They delivered exactly what was promised. I am very happy with their services.

They're not really good with ...

They were OK, I guess. The issue I had with them is they would never call you back when you called them. I ended up having to call them several times to get information about my pick-up date. They told me the pick up date but then they never called to tell me when they were going to pick it up. So I called on the day of pick up and finally got a phone call back about three hours later they were going to pick up that day. Their company doesn't call you back. I emailed them about a final invoice and I never got an email back about getting a final invoice. I had to call them again, can I get a final invoice for my move. They're not really good with communication.

They had poor communication and were ...

Their communication was awful ... They wouldn't answer our phone calls ... We always had to contact them ... The movers themselves were great, it's the company. ...The [movers] were really nice guys ... Management was awful. They need to increase their communication, they need to be more forthcoming with everything, they need not be so rude because they're extremely rude to us and they need to also offer compensation for when they mess up.

Great to use this company

It was a great experience with Home safe moving. They were my mover this time while I was moving to NC from FL. They were recommended by a friend. The time I started moving, I saw their competence. They packed everything with special care and carried it to the ground floor from 4th floor. The truck was loaded within a very short time. It delivered everything in my new house within a very short time as well. Pretty awesome service.

Setting up the date was smooth thanks to Stacy. And a great big THANK YOU to Pablo and his men for moving me from FL to TN! They are strong, fast, and super careful with all my belongings. They even suggested that I remove clothing out of the drawers to lighten the load of the dressers so the furniture wouldn't break. They were fast and efficient and open to my contribution. We talked logistics, figured out a plan and I had a copy of our agreement sent to my email with all the details. A flawless move

Home safe moving helped us to move a range of items from my mother's house in Hallandale Beach, FL to my home in Philadelphia, PA. It was a single truck load and there were a few old items that I would have left behind if they didn't fit. Their sales agent Daniel arrived did on time and surveyed the stuffs before deciding on a moving plan and finalized a quote. On the day they came with all necessary tools and equipments and they took immense care with all items - especially antique furniture. The packing, loading and delivery was done flawlessly and they gave a really hassle free time to my 65 years old mother. Thanks for the respect and professionalism shown by all the staffs from the company.

Very pleased

It was the best moving experience I’ve ever had! It was just a one bedroom and I almost rented a truck to do it myself but then was like "naaa" because as far back as I can remember, I never liked moving things. Especially big things! In any event, the experience was seamless. They put a very strong emphasis on customer satisfaction and it really felt like they cared and wanted to do well by me. They arrived 30 minutes early of their starting time and asked graciously if we would like them to begin their work or wait till the starting time. They were quick and cautious, also tried to accommodate some sudden changes without any complain. At the off-loading destination they were again very helpful and nothing was damaged. They willingly helped us to arrange the furniture at the new office. There was every reason to praise them high.

Worth every penny

I have used Home safe moving twice now and both times they moved my furniture with full care and efficiency. They completed the whole job within the allocated time. There were no damages and the last move was to a 2nd floor flat with a narrow stairway. They did such a good job and there were not a single scratch on my furniture, which was my main concern. Would recommend Home safe moving without a doubt! The price was not the cheapest but compared with the service I got, it was really good value of money.

I don’t usually write reviews, but these guys deserve to be praised. Kind of a job I do, I had to move my house a lot and thus I know what I am talking about. I have chosen Home safe moving and storage for the 2nd time to move my house from Miami, FL to Los Angeles, CA, after they did a great job moving me last year from Hallandale Beach, FL to Austin, TX. Once again, they provided great service, and at the most competitive price in the market. The crews were very courteous, efficient and professional. excellent and actual moving company that treated our family 5 star, we were quoted $3700 for our move to florida, i had a baby grand piano that i could not sell, and had to add it, after my total cubic foot price, i thought they would charge me a fortune to move it, but home safe moving only charged us an extra 250 included with a wooden crate, the movers were so polite and treated our life's possessions with tender care, and the same on delivery. i have told my company about the experience with home safe moving and storage, and they only use now home safe moving to move thier corpoate exutives around the country. Keep up the great work home safe
