First Impressions are Key

I reserved this organization through Uhaul. A couple of weeks after payment received, I was informed that my move date needed to be modified by one day. I called Homeward Bound at least 6-7 times leaving a complete message with my call back information each time. The voicemail belongs to Jared. It is exactly 6 days later and I have yet to get a call. First impressions are key to my business dealings with any organization. I immediately cancelled the service seeming that I was a non factor to call back for a simple request. 810-858-2468
